wonderful! they are so friendly and have high quality, reasonably priced furniture and great sales. delivery was awesome, and they even moved our old couch to a new location which required taking the feet off, taking the couch outside and through a different entrance, and then putting the feet back on. they went the extra mile! thank you!!

John and Shelly provided me with excellent service. I didn't feel unwelcome as I wandered around the store and all my questions were answered professionally. I even said I wouldn't be making a decision anytime soon because I didn't have my condo yet. But that didn't change their attitude towards me. Shelly gave me additional designer advice on some of my wild requirement ideas. When I needed items that were not in their inventory or regular catalog, they immediately searched the internet on their computers and found those items for me. I enjoyed the collaboration. I wasn't just buying furniture, I was realizing my dreams on a budget and they were right there with me. John explained their shopping policies and offered me free shipping, free exchanges/returns and was willing to keep my purchases in storage until I closed my condo agreement. In the end, I bought a leather queen sized sofa bed and a set of dining table and chairs. They were delivered on time and John came to supervise ensuring a smooth assembly of the pieces. He even said one day if I needed to relocate, feel free to contact them for assistance. They stand behind their products and services. I feel that I have chosen the right people and businesses for a long term relationship and I highly recommend Rockridge Furniture & Design to you.

I recently purchased a table and chairs for my dining room from Rockridge furniture and design, and I absolutely love it! It's really great quality, and the service was excellent. John was extremely friendly, helpful, and honest in talking through our options for our new couch. He clearly cared about the longevity of the product and shared how/where we should expect the couch to wear in the future. Delivery was on time as agreed. He even spent time getting the arrangement exactly right with the rug/placement in the room down to the quarter inch! Great experience supporting a locally owned small business and would gladly recommend to anyone shopping for some new furniture.

We had a great experience purchasing our sofa from the store. Both Shelley and John were very helpful in assisting us decide on a couch that would work the best for us. We took some fabric samples home to try them out against our current decor, but eventually decided to purchase a floor model that was on sale from the same brand. The delivery was smooth and hassle free. They showed up right on time. They also put felt pads on the couch for the hardwood floor. Overall a 5 star experience and we will definitely come back when we want to purchase more furniture!

We had a great experience working with John in purchasing our new chair. We were given plenty of time on multiple visits to discuss and try out the chair. I would highly recommend their store if you need furniture.

Out for a neighborhood walk this afternoon and decided to take a look in Rockridge Furniture. We have been looking for a recliner. It's been difficult to find a comfortable yet stylish, good quality recliner. But my search ended today with a beautiful leather recliner that met all my requirements. And there were at least 2 others that caught my eye as well. To top it off, the service was excellent. The recliner I selected was a floor model and it was delivered to my house 30 minutes after my purchase. This is not our first purchase at Rockridge Furniture as we purchased an area rug in 2018. We have been very pleased with the quality. Looking forward to our next furniture purchase from Rockridge Furniture...excellent service, selection and quality.

Purchased a sofa sleeper and recliner here last year. Staff were extremely helpful to us choosing the styles and fabrics. The American Leather products are very high quality. We've had no regrets and have been enjoying daily. Overall much better experience than the big stores.
