Eric is the best tax partner I have found in my 25 years as a sole proprietor. I've had four different tax accountants and the list stops with Eric. I should say here I am not the best client, generally a bit scattered and often running behind, and he has always responded quickly with patient, respectful, and organized responses that have been as on-point and helpful as you could ask for. I have improved my business because of that. In addition, he is willing to consult proactively through the year, as business decisions are made. Beyond his tax work, I've found him a great resource for business advice in general, and a very insightful reader of the economic and political climate. There is also an ethical and socially-conscious dimension to his practice which makes me very comfortable working with him. I've found his billing fair and consistent. Frankly, handing my books over to Eric is one of the few things I look forward to in mid-April. Or to be honest, sometimes May. Or November.
