Super helpful guy. Bought 3 lovely pieces of furniture over the last few years. He even helped me tie a desk to my trunk with his own rope when it didn't fit in my back seat. Awesome

Needed an inexpensive sectional couch for our living room. It's an apartment and there's teenagers involved, so I wanted comfortable but didn't want to worry if it got banged up. Ralph had a new couch with an hidden rip (that he glued up) and was great to deal with. 50 bucks extra had it delivered in a couple hours.
