just came from up there the manager was being so rude to her employee in front of a few customers it was disgusting the employee was very professional though in just ignored it. it seem like she was use to it the manager was this big lady rolling around in a “chair”. as she rung me up i said hello she ignored and started talking on the phone to it seemed like a friend wow she then told me my total she seemed distracted be it was the wrong amount but i corrected her then i gave my money and Left out the store. she doesn’t need to be working there. i won’t be coming back neither

Horrible experience, if I could give 0 stars, I would.Let me preface by saying I'm a flight attendant and often have to go between locations; this store was short staffed but the manager was there to handle all business, and this particular location did not have fitting rooms.I was at this location in September of 2022 and made a purchase for a little over $22.00. I paid with my Samsung Wallet (phone) because I accidentally left my debit card at my residence in San Bruno. The manager is the one that rung me up. I ended up trying the clothing in the car and when it did not fit I took it in to return; again, the manager was the one working with me. Upon making the return, she stated I could not get a return on my Samsung Wallet and that I had to have my actual physical card. She refused to give me a cash refund and said she can only give me a Rainbow Card. She made sure to let me know it never expires. I agreed since I had no other choice, even though she was the manager....MAAAAJOR side eye and lip smackFast forward to present day, I was making a purchase at the Mall of America and had my Rainbow Card with me from September 2022. I figured I'd use the funds instead of just letting the card sit. I never used it until then and neither could anyone else as no one has access to my wallet. When I was rung up, the cashier at the MoA location said there were no funds on my card.In blatant terms, the manager at the Oakland (this) location, stole my money "legally." Needless to say, they lost a customer and I strongly say buyer beware.

They don't have the 4X shirts I'm a 4X shirt for it's jacket and this plant is not thick enough but that's the way it is andthey don't carry it not enough flip flops for the summer and then they need to carry a larger coats 3x and 4x but wider and theyneed to carry thicker jeans I bought some jeans they tore up from between the legs they need a better material but other than that the price has great some of theclothes in their great and the perfume it smells real good I'm a size 22 in pants I wish they had some pants I I like tostretch jeans but I don't like the June to stretch out of shape and I don't like colors they bleed Selma Walmart has clothes like that they bleed the color is just fade away on some of the Walmart shirts but otherthan that they have pretty good bargain they need to have a credit card cuz in thepandemic there's still some people that's really poor did I need a credit card for people could apply for it apply for credit in the store and get credit card in the store better bring a lot of business
