A doctor of mine sent my blood tests to Quest facilities, I came to this location to get the bloodwork done BAD DECISION. They close at 3:30 so I showed up at 3:20 thinking I would be the last one to be seen, I was told they are already closed and to come back tomorrow. I showed up the next day at 2:45 and the same guy tells me once again that he is closed but only to walk in appointments. This person is disrespectfully unprofessional.

Online says they open at 12. The door said 7:30. Either way closed when I arrived and no phone number to confirm hours with.

People make appointments to keep time. Since only 2 employees and they didn't value our time, go somewhere else. 8:30 appointment time , didn't let in through the door until 9:18. A whole hour wasted by waiting.

Good service if you made the appointment online and if you check in at the reception machine with your ID, in 15 minutes everything was ready.
The reception person was not very patient with my poor English. It was easier to understand the machine. The nurse was very kind.
It is difficult to get to the place if you don't know that is why I leave a photo of what it looks like from the outside.
The results were in 1 day.

I am disappointed with this place. There is only 1 person working and the one who is there takes more time talking to people of his own race than taking exams. All the time he says he hasn't gone to the bathroom or eaten his lunch, he closes the branch and doesn't care. Very bad service. You need to hire more employees.

Currently 11:42......still outside waiting for someone to open the door. THE ABSOLUTE GHETTO. Employees keep looking at us from the inside though. How does this work? If this wasn't free from my insurance, I'd go somewhere else!

The saga continues…So this time I had made an appointment for a drug screen. The office is very difficult to find and I had to walk all the way around the mall to get to the correct location. I get there, log in, and I’m told that they no longer do drug screens. I had made an appointment a week ago, and they stopped doing drugged screens after I made the appointment, so why didn’t they have the decency to let me know to not come in???The only reason I gave two stars instead of three is because of the nice man that works there. Otherwise it would’ve been one! F this company!
