I arrived without an appointment and made one on the spot for 30 minutes later as a walk-in. The process was easy and the staff was accommodating.

Much better at third visit. Check in via phone vs kiosk much better. Staff at entrance helped to confirm check in...good.

They stick very clear to the schedule. This is a place to schedule if you're punctual with time.

The appointment was at 1pm was seen until 1:30pm, was late get to next appointment. Customer service was excellence, just need more employees added to staff, but I will continue using there service here because of it convenient location.

Grace drew my blood quickly and painlessly. I have very hard to find veins and usually having blood drawn is an ordeal. Grace was one of the best I’ve ever encountered!

I was very uncomfortable. Your tech were arguing with everyone. I walked away very angry. Thier standard response was “go away “ figure it out on your own “ make another appointment “ you’re not welcome here “. The tech would not let me sit in the room with my minor child, then made me sign a form stating “I was present and checked that the labels were correct and applied in my presence “ that was not true and the tech accused me of leaving the room when it was the tech that made me leave. If I never use your service again it will be too soon.

To many appointments at the same time. Wasting time for patients . Some personal are so rude with the elderly who can't use the registration computer.

This was the shortest time ever that I waited for my appointment or to be called to get my blood drawn, and it's usually not like this. Keep this up, please.

I had an appointment and still had to wait 30 minutes. Then the phlebotomist stuck the needle in my vein sideways, causing me immense pain. She prefaced that by saying, "Try not to move." She really needs a refresher in how to draw blood with the vein, not crossways. She caused just as much pain taking the needle out. I have had blood drawn for over 30 years without pain. She was the worst phlebotomist ever.
