When a guy smashed into my newer Nissan at a red light, my insurance suggested I take my car here for repairs and I’m so glad I did. Their staff was thorough and repaired my car in a timely manner. They also kept me updated during each stage of the repair process. If you have to deal with being in an accident in the Bay Area, this is the place to take your car to.

I was fortunate to find this place. I’m on my second car job with them. This place raises the bar with the quality of work and service. They’re thorough, over communicative and speedy. As a woman I’m always nervous about dealing with cars and finding this place and working with their Manager, Angel has given be the peace of mind and the transparency I need with the investment I’m putting towards fixing my car. I highly recommend this place, you won’t regret it.

I was visiting family and my car got some damage on the highway on the way over. I quickly needed my car repaired so I would be able to return home as close to my original return time as possible. Alex helped me out and made sure I got my car back as quickly as they possibly could make it happen. Everything looked great when I picked it up and I’m really pleased that I didn’t have to have my return home delayed too long. I would definitely recommend this body shop

For the second time these folks have proven to be amazing at what they do and more desirable than dealing with my Honda dealership service staff. I will most definitely keep this company in mind for future needs and recommend them to my friends and family.

They let me take my time to decide what to do with my vehicle. There was no pressure- very knowledgeable staff. My vehicle was done ahead of schedule and Enterprise Rent A Car down the street was VERY convenient. I would highly recommend.

My insurance sent me here, and I am so happy they did! Everyone at Quality Body and Fender is warm, friendly, and so knowledgeable. The waiting room was comfortable, they treated my car with care, and finished the repairs earlier than expected! 10/10 experience.

They are very professional, super kind, accommodating and offer good pricing. They replaced my bumper quickly and it looked great. You don’t have to do more research just go and experience for yourself.

These guys did an amazing job! Super professional staff. My car looks amazing. They handled everything for me. My insurance company was a pain to deal w ... but they managed to negotiate and make it all happen. I highly recommend this shop. If I'm ever in another accident I'll be back for sure! went in for a quote and was helped immediately without an appointment, as I called maybe 10 minutes before I went there extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff member was so prompt and while we agreed my automobile was a total loss, i will gladly and happily go back to quality body and fender the next time (i hope no time soon) i'm in need of any body work recommend to all

Geico sent me here after I was rear-ended, and these guys did an amazing job on my van. They even fixed the front fender, which had come loose before the accident, free of charge! Great customer service, too.

Quality Body & Fender? They're basically my go-to auto repair spot in the Bay Area. I've ended up there a bunch of times living in Oakland, and every single time, they've been awesome. The crew is super professional, always nice, and totally helpful. So, I had this hit-and-run incident recently, and instead of sticking with my usual spot, I tried out some other local place. Big mistake. I took one look and just hightailed it out of there. Called up my car insurance and got myself booked right back at Quality Body & Fender. Their work is top-notch, like seriously, my car looks brand new every time they're done. Plus, they've got this neat habit of giving it a good detailed cleaning before handing it back. If you need a stellar auto repair place, you can't go wrong with these folks at Quality Body & Fender!

The quality of their work is great, but giving 2 stars because of their very unprofessional staff and slow turnaround time. Ally was extremely rude and condescending when I was asking about the process to order a part for my car.How am I supposed to know that leaving my car at the shop vs taking my car home would be a different process with insurance? This was never explained to me, and when I asked for clarification on why the part was delayed, she scoffed at me. She then told me that the repairs would take anywhere from 3-5 business days, even when my estimate said 2 business days of labor. What?After taking my car to another shop, I had it fixed in under 2 days and with much better customer service. Take your business elsewhere.
