I spoke too enthusiastically. I called this company and they were immediately on the way. He called and told me to come down to wait for him because he was basically outside. I waited about half an hour before calling him back -- I figured he was lost. Instead the man said my building didn't have a sign with their phone number and said he left. ....no phone call asking if my building had a sign authorizing a tow, and no phone call tell me they left. Really crappy.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. SOMEONE ANSWERED THE PHONE AND SAID THE TOW TRUCK WOULD COME OUT IN ABOUT AN HOUR AND THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. THEY ALSO STOPPED ANSWERING THE PHONE, I WAITED 3.5 HOURS FOR SOMEONE TO SHOW UP.

Very professional, but my expectations were really exceeded when Mary waited AFTER HOURS for my contractor to retrieve his vehicle after I errorneously had them tow his car from one of my rental properties. They are awesome and b/c of thier cust serv, I will always look to them first for my towing needs. Highly Recommend.Service: Car towing

If you're needing some parking enforcement for your private parking lot, this is the company to call. They serve apartments, condos, shopping centers, gas stations, etc. They also do emergency towing for motorists who have broken down and get stranded. They provide professional service for those who lock keys in the vehicle, have a dead battery, or a flat tire. They know good honest mechanics in Oakland and San Leandro who will repair vehicles at a great value.

Let's start out by saying this company has no legal license to be even towing. That's first thing. But we will get back to that believe me. Second by California law states they can not legally wait in the parking lot waiting to tow someone's car and then charge 500 dollars for not even a day. But let's get back to the license that they don't have and has expired years ago. I hope you guys ready to renew it by tomorrow. You guys have great reviews and I'm hoping to add to them because dirt is dirt. DMV65 MCP with proof of business license, FBN registration, commercial insurance with MCP65, worker's comp for all employees with the DMV to obtain your Motor Carrier Permit. THEY TOWED MY CAR IN ERROR....MY PROPERTY'S MGMT FIXED IT SO I DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY BUT WHEN I WENT TO GET MY CAR, THE HISPANIC GIRL BEHIND THE BULLET PROOF WINDOW AND HER PIT BULL RUNNING AROUND SAID IT WOULD BE 10-15 MINUTES...ITS BEEN 30MINUTES AND I HAD EXPRESSED TO HER MY ELDERLY FATHER IS IN SURGERY CARED? 3rd time my daughter’s car was towed from her apartment parking lot because her parking pass was not visible. Cost for a partial day cost me $295. That is a rip-off.
