“You all are crazy! This post office rules! I have shipped many packages through here and have received great service including tips on packaging and insurance. I also live across the street from this location and likely have my mail delivered though then to which I too tip my hat. I've done thousands of dollars in business through this location, always with quick service and smiling help. 5 stars!”
“I love this post office. The sistah that works in the far corner is so incredibly helpful and proficient at her job. She is so on it, that I usually leave feeling better than I walked in because she makes the experience so pleasant and clear. If it weren't for parking I would use this post office exclusively. I will say that the USPS should update the equipment. Some of the machines seem like they haven't been updated since before Regan was president.”

“Very helpful if not exactly prompt. I waited 25 minutes in addition to my scheduled time. But once we got started I got my passport process underway and was able to get my wife's photo taken as well.”
“Went to the post office to ship a package and mail some letters. I arrived a little after 11:30 and the line was out the door. It took about 15 minutes before I was served. Maybe 10-10:30 is the golden hour. It would be nice if there was a dedicated parking lot, but I have a feeling the majority of patrons are walk-ups. I appreciate their constant cleanliness, knowledgeable employees, and their constant stock of domestic and international stamps.”
“This post office is located on MacArthur Boulevard down the street from where I live. They normally have two to three workers at one time and I haven't had too many problems coming here to buy money orders and stamps. Lunch is from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. so normally there's one person working at this time.”
“It’s not a bad post office. The lines can be long, but this seems mostly due to how understaffed this location is (which I’m sure isn’t something that employees have any say in). The workers are for the most part patient and helpful. It’s not a five star place mainly because it doesn’t have a self service machine — what’s up with that? It really needs one of those huge things that let you weigh and ship your own packages that you see at other post offices, and a clearly marked drop-off point for mail so people don’t have to stand in line. There doesn’t seem to be much investment in this office from whoever the USPS higher-ups are.”

“Had Issues with a clerk that was very rude and ignorant, luckily the manager resolved the issue. It was totally embarrassing to have issues and be talked to in a demeaning way, but was beautiful to be consoled by the staff and was apologized to. Some of the staff needs cultural sensitivity training....”
“After trying several zip codes to find a passport appointment, I used OAK Airport's zip code and got what seems to be the only appointment in the bay area for the month of February. I arrived for my appointment 15 minutes before and was helped right away by David, he was great, attentive, polite and very helpful. I rarely leave reviews but this location has so many negative ones I had to comment with my experience and help this post office because there was literally nothing to complain about. Thank You for the help David, as a brand new American citizen and applying for my first United States Passport you made it a breeze.”
“Nice people who work there now. I appreciate what they do for us. Long waits sometimes though. Wish USPS would provide them with another employee to help reduce the line. And, wish there was a separate line for picking up from my PO Box, but very nice that there is a kiosk on the premises. Overall, I’m happy with this post office ?”
“I haven't been to a post office for years. Lots of people still come here. We've been waiting for an appointment to obtain passports as you must have an appointment! The rest of the operation seems pretty good because it he line keeps moving! It's kind of amazing the post office is. There are a lot of options to send just about anything anywhere. Happy to be here for this and thanks to all the worker here doing a great job!”

“Review about fingerprinting here. Will recommend anyone in the Bay Area to go here!!!
The person who took care of me was very nice and really helpful. He knows his job, they are doing the fingerprinting in a separate room, they have a small fan to help with sweaty fingers and the person helped me position my fingers on the machine. It worked perfectly!
I went to this place after a very bad experience with the one in San Francisco where I was basically told that my fingerprints were not good enough. But guess what when the person in charge knows their job, it’s working!”
