Nowhere on the website does it say that they only do 30 exams a day. It just says walk in only. Everyone there is stressed out and ornery.

Best service affordable pricing, we were early for the second vaccination because it’s our first stop. We wait online two hours when we got and they said they can’t do it because it’s not enough time in between but they told us to come back and not wait in line Thank you so much.

If your pet needs special food they're a good store for it. They are quite expensive though. They do have their own parking lot.

Very crowded and disorganized check-out. Plan on spending time finding what you need and where the line is for the register.

I took my 2 yo aussie here for the first time today for an exam as she had red-rimmed eyes and "pimples" on her belly that we noticed about a week after she zoomed around a creek. Parked in the neighborhood as the lot & street parking in front were full (it opened up as it got later, though). The clinic opens at 10 and we arrived right at 10 to a long line. We went inside to grab a clipboard and were #29 in the queue (there are two queues - one for exams, one for shots). We waited outside, walked the neighborhood a bit, walked to starbucks for a pupcup and snacks, and when they got to us it was about 2:45. You do have to stay, as it doesn't seem that they'll call you to return if you leave, but we were fine with that. Most people stood outside on the sidewalk, while some others waited in their cars if they were parked in the lot or in front. I noticed some people would wait inside after filling out the form but it's such a tiny space, highly do not recommend, just wait outside like everyone else. The service: a tech (I think this is what she was) with short brown hair took us in and weighed my dog, and I told her my concerns. She was attentive, friendly, and patient, which means a lot especially considering they've been seeing patients nonstop since opening. I never felt rushed. I couldn't go into the room but they allowed me to stand right outside the door, which has a big window through which I could give my doggy reassuring smiles and talk to her. I was so relieved and happy with how they handled my dog; she gets very anxious and wiggly at the vet and has been handled quite roughly in the past (vip petcare - never again if i can help it), so I was worried she would be super distressed. She was a bit wiggly, but the vet and the vet tech worked as a great team and were able to examine and diagnose her rather quickly. It turns out that this vet has had 2 border collies, so she was very familiar with and knew how to work with my aussie, another herding breed. They both gave her treats after and were so sweet to her. The tech explained what the doctor diagnosed and what the treatment would be (oral and opthalmic antibiotics) and I checked out and received instructions for her meds after waiting a little bit. The meds and the exam together came out to $59 and some odd cents. Amazing. Overall, this was a really great experience, specifically with all of the staff. I was taking her to VIP petcare for the last couple years and I only wish I'd tried this clinic much sooner. Another client told me they've taken great care of her kitty and accurately diagnosed him with cancer a few years ago, and that she's trusted them for years. They don't do bloodwork or things like that so you'll need another vet for something like that, though I suggest maybe calling them to see if they can see your pet for their ailment if you're unsure. For next time, I'll plan to arrive much earlier so we won't be waiting as long and maybe bring camping chairs and snacks just in case. Thank you much to the team at PV/PF!

I arrived at 8:50am on a Sunday (they open at 9am) and waited about 15 minutes in the very long line that had already formed to get a clipboard and a number. Depending on what you are there for i.e. exam, vaccines, microchip, etc, you receive a number or letter. There were two sets of numbers, one for vaccines and one for exams, as well as letters for other vaccines, maybe just cat vaccines? I got #16 and 17 for my two kittens and waited. Most people line up to get their numbers, leave, and then come back hours later since the wait is very long. I should have done the same because I ended up waiting 4.5 hours in front of the store before I was called in. When they called my number at 1:35pm, they were on #55 for vaccines. The vet and tech reviewed the medical records for my kittens who were 12 weeks and 14 weeks old and determined that they were not ready for any of their vaccines, contrary to my research, which said that kittens can get their first rabies at early as 8 weeks old - many say 12 weeks. They explained that it is better to wait until they're older for better immunity. The vet also recommended against the feline leukemia vaccine because my cats would primarily be indoors. I asked about dewormers and was told to research OTC options. They did a 1-minute exam on each of the cats and told us to return in 2 weeks for the shots we wanted. I paid $25 plus tax for each exam. Overall, this place is great if you need low cost pet care and have a lot of time to spare! My experience here was a waste of time unfortunately. I may return in the future but only for vaccines and with a solid plan!
