Excellent customer service and generally great selection with an unbeatably large parking lot (for the area). Their inventory system isn’t always great at updating (not this location’s fault), but the staff are excellent about checking shelves and inventory in advance if you call ahead and are also happy to call other locations for you if they’re out of a particular item.

I went in a couple weeks ago trying to find a food for my senior dog who is very picky. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the doors by several very happy employees. The store was clean and well stocked. My dog ended up loving the food that was recommended. 5 Stars!

Loads of pet food. So many choices I just feel overwhelmed. My cats aren't impressed with anything yet. They also have the smallest and most expensive selection of cat litter you ever have seen!

I've been coming here4 years. The staff has ALWAYS been friendly. This day 1/14/24 I have 2 say was BY FAR the best customer service experience I've had in more then 20yrs. I walked in & was greeted. Went 2 get my babies food. I put my hand up immediately KLIFFORD can & ask can he help. He picked up the heavy bag took it 2 the counter but that was not the best part. I asked him about my dogs skin he recommended something. I ask about switching foods . This man went above and beyond his job description HE listened & replied NO RUSHING he was ALL IN THANK YOU MR. KLIFFORD YOU R TRULY WHAT CS IS ALL ABOUT . U deserve 10stars

They misled me on their pet food return policy and of course then it became my problem. They had said that you can even bring back a can of empty cat food if your cat really did not like it for credit. I had brought back just one unused can from a recent shopping trip but they said oh no you can't get the credit for the unused food because it has been more than 30 days; even that was totally unclear... I donated the $3 can to them (it seemed like they were totally desperate for something??) and left the store and postponed the $100 purchase I was about to make for another shop. If people want to act stupid and petty, don't resist them and go for the next solution...

Lovely people work here. It's a chain so you know what to expect regarding high quality and reasonable prices. I would say I visit every month for dog bones and chews.
