My neighbor bought a bag of dog food. In 2 days her dog passed. I returned the food for her. She couldn't go in, of course. I was told no refunds! You may have a gift card. That even took forever. Shame on them. We will never go back and use it.

Do not order delivery from this company. There's an ongoing issue with delivery and I spoke to the corporate office and no one seems to care. My dog was completely out of food when I was told by corporate and by the third party delivery company that they would not be able to deliver the food after I was given a delivery... read full comment

One hour before appointment to unload checked in. They start to unload right away. Fast and nice people. Thank you.
