I've been a member of Pacific Workplaces for 6 years and a member at this location for 2.5 years. Recently I was in a bind when I had a sudden power outage. I got to the office around 8:30 for a 9am meeting and they set me up quickly and seamlessly with a day office. Super helpful and professional staff!

The staff at Pacific Workplaces have been terrific and are very professional. I use their mail forwarding service which has been great. I get daily email notifications of the delivered mail, which I can have forwarded to my home if I don’t have time to pick it up personally. The offices are clean and efficient, and the staff are very responsive. I highly recommend them!

Workplace is AWESOME!. Staff are so kind, helpful and friendly.I am so grateful for Ms. Laura and Ms. Rachel for always inviting us for all festivities and for special donuts every Friday! :)

Pacific Workplaces is a great work space. The staff (Ms. Laura and Ms. Rachel ) are friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The workplace facility is clean, they offer snacks throughout the day as well. It is quiet so it is a great space to focus, knock out your workload for the day, some of the offices also has great views of the downtown Oakland area. Pacific Workspaces is an amazing environment to support other members in the offices along with social events to connect with others in their facility. I have never felt so welcomed every time I work with staff in PAC. I would highly recommend working with them for their services.

The company I work for has rented office space with PAC for as long as I've been here. The location is convenient for a majority of the patients we see, the only downside is parking, but that's always a given when parking is in a downtown area so it's not too big of an inconvenience. PAC also holds monthly events that our staff loves to attend and be a part of.Out of everything though, I can honestly say that I love working closely with Laura (the community manager). Since here arrival at this location, numerous issues we've experienced in the past have been taken care of in a reasonable time frame. Laura is kind, friendly and hardworking. A majority of my staff feels comfortable to discuss any issues with her.

I have found Pacific Workplaces to be a very convenient and cost efficient way to maintain an office to receive clients and conduct business. The premises and facilities are well maintained and very professional, and in particular, the staff who are there to assist you with whatever you need. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an office in the downtown Oakland area.

So happy to have this lovely workspace. I pay for the monthly pass to use a private office whenever I need one. It is a great deal. The office is spacious, clean, and private, with great location and amenities - wifi, a shared, well stocked kitchen, snacks, coffee, tea etc. The staff is wonderful, helpful, and accommodating. Just great all around.

Highly recommend! The staff is absolutely amazing - professional, helpful, and wonderful to work with. My virtual office plan allows me the flexibility to book appropriate office space, as needed, so I can maintain a level of professionalism my clients expect while keeping overhead costs down. From the smallest of private office space to the largest conference room, all rooms are nicely furnished with connections for the latest technology. The view from the Federal Boardroom is beautiful!

Pacific Workplaces offers attractive, convenient, and flexible offices with fully accommodated business space in the heart of downtown Oakland across the street from the Federal Building. Staff team Laura and Rachel are absolutely great, providing top-notch assistance both to me and my clients. They always go the extra mile to ensure that my office runs smoothly and they do so with proficiency and thoughtfulness. Moving to Pacific Workplaces — from my former office of 20 years — was a business decision that I will never regret.

I’d highly recommend Pacific Workspaces in Oakland, offering a great quality private office and facilities. The office manager and front of house are always friendly, on first name basis, and keep us plied with refreshments and great seasonal parties - even ordering in Green Tea for me.

Staff is professional, friendly and super helpful.Pacific Workspaces provides clean, pleasant offices in the heart of Downtown Oakland.When we schedule our in-office meetings with our attorneys,staff is always very helpful setting up the conference rooms andordering lunch when needed.Staff has also helped our office with shredding large files every yearby reserving a large bin for secure disposal.

I couldn't be more pleased with my company's decision to move into Pacific Workplaces while we wait for our new office to open. The atmosphere is so inviting and friendly. They've done an exceptional job decorating the space and the ammeneties are endless. Laura, the Community Manager, goes above and beyond and so quick to respond to any questions we've had. The option to use different size conference rooms is such a bonus as we host different sized meetings monthly. I HIGHLY recommend Pacific Workplaces and will be sad to leave when our permament location is ready.
