Park at the turning lane, walk the bills to the guard, go back to your truck wait for a phone call with the door number. 11am appointment, given a door at 4:30am done by 5:20am. I would have given them 5 stars but they don’t have parking, you will have to park at the center of the road and actually you can do overnight without getting a ticket or anything but its not safe. Awesome people. I will return here.

Had a 1030 appointment and they took me nearly 1.5 hours early. Quick to unload and friendly people. Only downside is you have to park in the turn lane on the street then check in. Also I can see if there was lots of trucks or if they has drop trailers in the wrong spot it could be tight. That being said in my case it was completely clear I did a full u turn and back in easy. Over all not a bad place if things fall into place.

You have to park in the center lane on the street after you check in. It's irritating when you work for a company with a no u turn policy so it's takes forever to have to find a spot to turn around when they call you for a door

Came in and pulled up to guard shack, checked in and guard told us to turn around and park in on street in middle lane . It’s best to go around the block and pull up to middle lane once you find a spot . They will call when they get a door available for you. They have lumper fee. They unloaded my full trailer around the 30min mark.

Appt for 1630. Got here an hour before that. Currently 2345 and still no door yet. Been to this place before. This place has got to be one of the worst receivers I’ve ever been to.

Park in the center lane and walk up to check inArrived and checked in at 0300, out the door with paperwork at 0445, appointment was for 0630.Yard dog will allow you to drop your trailer and put it in the door for you.

Helpful ppl work here parking outside on street middle line unloading too fast my appointment time 10am I check in 6.30 I got door 7.30 backing door too hard

DIFFICULT TO FIND. I LOOKED FOR THE ROAD THAT HAD REEFERS PARKED ON. THEN ASKED ANOTHER DRIVER WHERE THE RECEIVER ENTRANCE WAS.

You might have to park up to a mile down the street there are no real clear signs as to the entrance. You go up and talk to the guard he might be nice he might be rude depending on who you're talking to. They don't give you any information or time frames you literally might sit there all day. There are no sidewalks so you have to try not to get hit. Easily the dumbest setup I've ever seen.

The guard was very nice. This place can be really tight. The reason for taking off two stars is because when I backed in, a guy came out and gave me a slip of paper telling me I owed them a $100.00 late fee because it was after my appointment time. My appointment was for 5 and it was 6:30. The problem is that I was there and ready to go at 3. I was late because they didn't call me and tell me to back in until 6:30. You're not going to make me pay for being late when it's your fault that I'm late.

Read Ducky Bandy's review...scroll down and find it. Although a year old, it's on point. Just to add a little, when exiting to 7th Street, continue past Maritime and take the 1.5 mile loop back to Maritime so you are facing the right direction. Park in center lane, walk up anytime. I drove in at 0230, no traffic anywhere. Wonderful.Arrived at 0230 for a 0600 appt. Checked in right away. Docked at 0415, unloaded and leaving with signed BOL at 0515.Once through the gate, there is room to turn around a sleeper cab to arrange a sight side back...just gotta use all the space afforded.Lastly, they seem to assign the 5 docks they use for live unloads in an order that allows the next driver to not have to back between 2 others, but in a line from left to right. Then, they are fast, and we left in the same order. Again, this was first thing in the morning.Show early, keep a positive outlook, it'll work out fine.

Those place is a joke. Avoid at all costs. Park in the middle of road before entry. Walk in and check in. Im still sitting here 30hrs past appointment time.

avoid this place at all cost i had appointment on tuesday @2pm checked in @1pm ,gave me door on friday ,checked out 7pmthey dont have any containers due supply chain interuptions so they make you wait 2 or 3 daysthe whole street was full of trucks waiting to be unloded

1 star because i have called them if they can take me early on Friday instead of Sunday. They said yes we can get you in but will be work in. So i had not problem with work in. I showed up on Friday checked in around 10:30 am, kept checking in with the guard was nice and told me that you are in waiting they will call you. Around 5 pm I called in and she said they are not going to unload you because you showed up 2 days early. I asked that you could have called me earlier that not going to unload so come back Sunday so I could go home. She said we don’t talk to driver. That was the exact words. WE DON’T TALK TO DRIVERS. But she knew that i am waiting and had my number, they would have call me anyway for door. Just an phone call wasted my whole day for nothing. It was just a phone call, could have save my day, and over that there supervisor was so rude and disrespectful and confused, they returned me half of my BOL’s and claimed that it was only that much pages. Long wait time…
