Arranged day before over phone to bring in vehicle for repair. I had paid out of pocket for a tow. Vehicle doesn't run. Arrive on time next day at set appointment, he refuses to take vehicle in. Claims to have an "emergency" and closes the main gate. Won't reimburse for tow or time. Waste of money, waste of time. Highly do not recommend. Highly faulty and extremely bad business.

Don't ever take your here the worst device ever had me tow my car all the way from San Leandro after he booked an appointment and then threaten to kill me if I don't get my car from his drive way he started getting racis with me calling me terroerist calling me the n word I would never take my car and ever again I went to next door and the gladedly helped with respectful service and told me the truth that they can't work on that car respectfully

Rudy is AMAZING! We have never met a more competent, kinder and more thorough mechanic. We are seniors from Chicago visiting Oakland for a month to help out with the arrival of a new grand baby. We drove cross-country in our GMC Canyon Truck towing a small RV trailer to stay in. Pacific auto electric has by far been the worst shop I've ever and I mean ever took my car to . His communication is terrible I've had to keep calling and pull up to his shop because he don't answer or return calls . I payed him $1100 to replace my radio, within that same mouth it went out so I brought my car back so he can fix it he put another one in and did the same thing within a month or two also the part he put in had features that my car doesn't have and I told him that and he down played that. I'm here again and he's not trying fix it . I came in on Tuesday we made a verbal agreement that I drop off my car on Thursday between the hour of 10-11am and now he's not trying to do the work on my car .... So basically I payed 1100 for nothing because I'm leaving exactly how I brought my car without a radio DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP RUDY Is a Swindler I didn't want to give no stars but it's the only way I can post my Experience

Owner was very kind so I added an extra star BUT I took my Audi in for a clockspring replacement and was given the car back with -new- service lights on (initially just had an airbag light, no horn or button functionality, came out with steering wheel light AND esc light on - horn working still no button functionality). I was charged $675 and told to go to the dealership for a "steering wheel reprogram," which costs an additional $625. Super disappointed to say the least.

I brought my 1994 Cadillac seville to this guyAnd the service he gives is not worth the money.I needed new sockets for the tail lights.1. He repaired 2/3 sockets and i had to come back the next day2. He told me to show up at a certain time, when i didHe got rude with me telling me i was “standing over his shoulder watching him work”A. Its not my fault there’s no waiting areaB. Why cant i see whats being done to my car?3. The sockets that he put it the car don’t even fit in the car.A. The sockets are zip tied and jammed into the ports, and every socket is for a different vehicle, If i could upload pictures i wouldB.
