Temka Khad you are amazing!!! I had the great pleasure of working with Temka Khad, the Sales and Finance Manager at One Toyota when I purchased my vehicle. She was conscientious and kind and made the whole experience easy and painless (never had that before when I've bought a car. I can't thank you enough, Temka. I brought my car in for an oil change and it took practically all day. I had an appointment for 11am and they called me close to 5pm that the car was ready. Even after I paid and got my receipts, I wanted a long time for someone to bring my car out. I was without a car for 6 hours. I don't see the point of even making an appointment. I don't think I'm coming back here. I paid for a new battery on my car key and the key still doesn't work. It makes me wonder if they actually changed it or if the key is broken, but they didn't say anything about it. :/

On April 27. 2012, I bought a used Honda Civic Hybrid from One Toyota, I remember the excellent service I received that I returned and purchased a new 2024 RAV4 Toyota on 12/3/23.Again, One Toyota had another excellent Salesperson, Justin Dorfman, was very good explaining and answering all of our detail questions; also, presenting our documents on a large screen because we were having problems viewing the documents on our iPhone, therefore making the process easier for me and my husband to read and view before signing any documents.When a salesperson liked Justin Dorfman, consider what will make the process easier for the customer is a valuable asset, to any company.Good job Toyota One!Mrs. Reader-McClain Happy Customer P.S. We knew we wanted an SUV and researched MSRP only dealers. We found One Toyota and reached out before Toyota started manufacturing their GHH (Grand Highlander Hybrid) and before any dealership had a waitlist available. We were connected with Sam Tsetsendelger at One Toyota and he told us he would let us know when they had a waitlist. He called us in June or July to let us know the waitlist was open and after putting down a $1000 refundable deposit, we were able to get on the waitlist and provide vehicle criteria. Around September/October, Sam called us to let us know we were allocated a vehicle and sent us the specs. We said we wanted it so we waited patiently for it to be made and sent from the manufacturing site to One Toyota. At the beginning of November we were able to pick up the new car and we had a really positive experience. Sam was really helpful and the purchasing process went smoothly. They don't try to oversell at One Toyota and we were in and out with our new car within a few hours. Definitely recommend One Toyota for vehicle purchases, though just know at least in the current climate, all their hybrids are sold before they arrive on the lot so make sure to call before you go!

Sending out Spam text messages that Cannot be auto stopped. Continually send spam email, my address should have been been removed. Tried numerous times. Had poor service by staff in the past Large impersonal dealership Lots workers that lead to poor service with poor management. Work gets done at high prices and so so quality. Very typical of large corporate service companies. Shop around there are much better dealerships out there, especially for Service. If your going to pay top dollar, you should get at least good customer service.

Nov 9 my wife brought a 2022 RAV4 AWD XLE fromOne Toyota of Oakland. We both love the car. The sales lady Victoria did a good job helping us with the sale. My problem is two issues with after the sale. One we needed a front license plate holder installed which is a very simple job and we assumed it would be done in a couple of days. The second issue is we needed an owner's manual. I called a few days after the purchase and left a voicemail mail saying I need a date to get the front license plate installed and also when will we get a vehicle manual. Two weeks later Nov 23 no response on the front plate and they emailed my wife it would be several weeks before the manual will come in. This is One Toyota you're telling me you can't get an owners manual in a week. I can get one on Amazon on two days, I'm irritated about the plate because last night I was pulled over and received a ticket warning to get the front plate installed. I will go into the dealership tomorrow and talk to a sales manager and see if they can help me resolve these two issues

We negotiated a lease agreement Jason at Toyota One three weeks ago. I have been driving the car for almost a month. Yesterday, I got a call from the dealership stating they made a clerical error and intend to rewind the deal unless we sign a new lease agreement paying them an additional $90 a month. This is neither the agreement I negotiated, nor one I would have agreed to had it been presented accurately during negotiations. I have requested written documentation from the dealership for review by a third party and received none. One Toyota has managed to take what was a positive lease experience and make it as negative as humanly possible. I will never work with them again, and suggest anyone reading this to likewise avoid them.

I would consider myself pretty experienced buyer when it comes to deal with any kind of dealership. But One Toyota Oakland especially my Sales Manager Temuulen Khad was above and beyond. Her true professionalism and doing her job wholeheartedly made me feel relevant like I didn’t need to play any chess game. She would suggest you as you are part of her family with honesty. From now on, I definitely will have a pretty high standart for other dealerships. But of course will always come here first and find out her for my future purchases. I have to say my experience at this Toyota was over the roof. All thanks to Temka. She helped me find a car that is very affordable and manageable around my work. I bought RAV4 Prime, which goes 40+ miles on electric mode. I HAVE TO SAY I DIDNT BUY GAS FOR FEW MONTHS NOW. Huge savings on gas!! Loved the service she gave me and loving the car! Gotta keep my baby clean. :)

I would not trust this location for service on your vehicle.While there are a couple good employees that I would trust, and although they comped the oil change, a majority of their staff is unprofessional. In the end, they may have accelerated long term stress and damage on the clutch and transmission.Today’s case:- Their employees thought it’d be a great idea to stick someone that doesn’t know manual into a manual car to pull it into the service center.- Thinking it was “funny” to drive the car / see their employee drive the car when he didn’t know, he kept stalling the vehicle over and over and revved the engine to a high enough RPM such that i heard it in the waiting area. (7+ stalls, with several staff standing around the vehicle trying to “teach him” how to drive it and not stopping him.)- It was not until I had to tell him to stop and grab someone who does know manual that he stopped and exited the vehicle

We went in to have our car serviced this morning. Diana has always been our service advisor since we starting having our car services here. We were told that she was promoted, no surprise there! So today we met Drew. Drew immediately greeted us with a warm smile and a fantastic attitude. Drew was smart, funny, and just a great overall positive attitude. Drew explained everything we needed, and more importantly, making sure we weren’t doing services that were not needed yet.We had a question about our brakes making a noise. Not only did Drew answer every question, they also Googled an image of our brake assembly so we could have a visual of what we were talking about.Excellent, excellent service. It was also really nice of him seem to see our history with you guys, and give us kudos for taking such good care of our car. While I’m sad that we don’t get to work with Diana anymore, I’m really glad to have definitely found our dedicated service advisor! Great job as always folks!
