This is my second time came here in the after noon on Friday. I got this old white man guiding me in first he look irritated. When they asked me questions as usually but didn't asked for my ID this time. He even didn't told me someone else will help me. So I got this young Asian man with the deep voice he also look irritated and he was rushing me out. I know it's good to have fast service all the time but all the time not perfect just like today. They forgot my mileage sticker! Horrible place. Not even sure they check my car correctly...Didn't give me my receipt either...This is a serious job.

Rolled in to get a car wash. The machine did half the wash and stopped working leaving my car dirty. Workers questioned me, kicked me out, and did very little to help correct the problem.

It would be more helpful if there was a prominent sign stating "Only Cash" to prevent cars from waiting in line only to reach the payment machine and see the sign.

Car wash is not just cash only; it’s exact change only. Waited 30 minutes to get to the front and find out the machine doesn’t take $20 bills.
