I've had the good fortune of meeting Goitom 15+years ago. And have never bought tires anywhere else since. He is fair, honorable, and he works with a very stable crew of folk. Mid-day waits can be long for a simple repair. But listening to his crew of happy customers all share their stories is worth the time spent.

I've been coming here for 22 years. Muhammad is very professional and friendly. He does his best to help people get their cars fixed affordably. Inside is always clean and coffee is always hot. They open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday. They have restrooms for customers

Costco had me schedule an appointment 2 weeks out and pre-pay for the full amount of the tires. I couldn't wait that lead time with a spare tire on because I have a child and drive long distances. A friend referred me to this shop. They do everything. I got my tires replaced and had an alignment for a very reasonable price. I'm very satisfied with the communication and responsiveness. Also, he took care of me same day. Will definitely return.

They drove my car at night over to SF and gave me a fast track ticket. That's not very nice. Especially when I paid more than 700 for a tire rod to be replaced.

Came here after my tire popped coming off 98th exit 580. The owner was super friendly and helpful. He gave me a good deal on a used tire in a pinch. I was super pleased with the service and found my new tire shop.?

I bought 6 tires for my motorhome at a Tire Pros in Nevada while on a trip a few months ago and paid $168 extra for the tire protection plan. I called Oakland Tire Pros because there was a shimmy at freeway speeds and asked if they would re-balance the tires for me. They said they would so I drove in from Walnut Creek. When I got there the manager was borderline rude, which was OK, he was busy. The problem was that he said he would only balance the front tires and that the rear tires don't need to be balanced. I asked what happens when I rotate the rear tires to the front but didn't get an answer. I took it to Hayward Tire Pros and they balanced all 6. They agreed that any reputable tire shop will recommend balancing all tires on your vehicle.

Great customer service. Each time I've been there had tire I needed and made quick work of replacing. No upselling like some of the other shops out there.

This place is the best. I’ve taken all our cars here for not just tire issues but battery replacement, alternator replacement, etc. I always start with these guys for any car issue. They’re fair, honest, reasonably priced, kind to work with, and timely. Thank you!
