This review is for PPG in Concord. It doesn't come up on YELP. MARK in Concord store is a G! He was able to get/make/prepare my Morocco Sand in 3 formulas (and in odd amounts) WITHIN 2 HOURS so my painters could finish what they started. He saved us a LOT of time and money and when we start our next project we will go directly through him. Your district/regional manager should definitely send that man to dinner somewhere nice!

I started to paint my house inside with PPG paint from hom depot. I will finish painting my house with Sherwin Williams paint. PPG paint is awful using a dry brush this paint will still run.If you happen to touch any of the wet paint it will peel like paper leaving a dimple in the paint and you will have to sand that affectedvarea and repaint it to get acceptable results. I have had to use 3 coats of this paint to get acceptable results. The paint does not stay on the roller and drips continuously and make a freaking mess. The clean up is no better its much easier to just throw the racks and brushes out.Thans again PPG for making me replace all my brushes and roolers.Cleaning the items with water just thins the paint and never seems to get out of the brush and rollers clean I have never had such a bad experience painting in my life

I am not a professional house painter, more the opposite. My budget tight, i just needed a simple solution. Luis took all that and my impatient self made me grateful with a custom solution. I moved into a new room and it smells like smoke so i came here for paint to seal away the smell. Luis gave me all kinds of options and helped me decide. Win win. Now I'm making a TikTok and thank you paint hero for the help.

Terrible customer service, call them for direction and they will start yelling on you " don't you have the street and the number why you are battering us ". It wasn't that easy to find them ... Next time will go Dunn Edwards or Sherman Williams .Zero stars !

I am a small business owner in Oakland 45/telegraph and after the recent riots in town, we had some graft and vandalism. I went here to find some paint to spray over some vulgar language written on my walls, and the store employees gave me free paint to help with my repairs. Means A LOT the support and consideration from this paint store. Will be coming here for all my paint needs in the future.

Good luck! The manager Lewis is a joke and if you really need help he will just talk over you and continue to be an a*** I have delt with several ppg locations for the last few years and never any issues! This location is rude and the least bit helpful. On a mistake they made by giving my order to someone else.
