This store charges 150 per hour for installation of a deck and subwoofers, came back 2 hrs later to see how far they have gone ,just to find out they didn't even start with my car..mindful he said it was a 4 hr labor so 2 hrs I pretty much paid for just to have my car sitting there..so I decided to get a refund instead and take my car some were else.

I recently took my vehicle to this business. My husband recommended we try this place; he had used this business in previous years, when it was owned by the prior owner.I am sorry to say the quality is NOT the same and making an appointment is useless.I shall not return.Blessings.

Very expensive if you compare the prices of the model numbers to other competitors. Bestbuy sells the same stuff with warranty for half the price. Bestbuy does installation for free. Sorry you cannot complete with great prices and good customer service.

Complete con artist, do not come here. Attempted to sale me all kinds of equipment that I did not need but presented it as if it was necessary to resolve my issue. When I decided to just have a deck installed. They advised me that it required way more work than it actually did and overcharged me.

Very disappointed with the job, they installed an alarm and engines at the 3-door civic hatchback 98. The first time you see a defective rear engine, I went to have them repair it, which took me all day when the lady told me that in 3 hours it would be ready, when I returned the panel of my door was broken and also the door bolt but José did not tell me anything, until I asked him, he told me that he was going to pay me and I did not tell the owner which was my mistake to trust In José, more apart, they polarized my car, which was still bad because the worker had never worked in one, so they only returned $100 dollars for the work, or I realize that a door does not open, a damaged motor or a bad installation, I just hope I My guarantee covers me, but ones are not enough, I would not like to return, maybe they damage something else

Needed to replace the stereo system in my new Winnebago Revel Sprinter Van. The system Mercedes installed is super super cheap. Ray the owner and installation crew were very helpful in specifying the right system. I showed up to my scheduled appointment to drop off the van for a couple of days. Since it's 10' high, it couldn't fit into the garage. So instead of sending me home/away, Ray and team prioritized my work and I waited for about 4 hours. Now the sounds system is so superior, and sure am enjoying it! I need to stop by to fine tune the system, and perhaps add to it. I'd recommend you calling Ray if you need help with car audio.

The Audio Professionals! They have serviced 2 of my cars now, and will be doing a third shortly. They are knowledgeable, and have a HUGE inventory to make things happen as soon as same day (so uncommon these days when everything is shipping-delayed).Their work was top-notch, and they promptly addressed and helped fix the minor concerns I had had after installation (some of which boiled down to me not understanding the new unit)You can (I have MANY times) order pieces and do it yourself to safe a few bucks, but it is a SMALL price to pay for the service, professionalism, and warranty. I will be back
