Awesome. Had a slight hiccup with my 23 integra and Jesus that was my service rep was quick to take care of me with no hassle. After my car being in service for a couple days I spoke with their services manager to simply inquire update on car we got to talking about the issue figured a possible solution he got my car straight up on the lift got to the bottom of it instantly. They were very helpful and exceeded my expectations

Bad experience trying to get help through the phone. They rushed me off the line and then kept getting transferred around and put on hold, only to get hung up on after waiting. Had to come in person to just get a quote for new tires.

Took my car in for one thing, paid for the diagnostic test. They did not address initial problems. Then wanted to charge me for another diagnostic test. Go to Fremont or Pleasnton. Wonderful customer service in Fremont.. S. Nert, is a switch and bait guy. Stay clear of him

We did A1 service and timing belt kit service for our 2014 MDX. Our service agent is Jesus. He is very helpful and friendly. We got the best service and communication. We will come back for next service, and will recommend this dealer to others.

First-time solo buyer (aka my first big girl purchase). I came in with a CR-V and upgraded to an MDX with 27 ambient lighting options. Who knew that would be the selling point!? So much thanks to Scott (and props to Jason for getting me into Oakland versus all of the other Bay Area dealerships!) for listening, not being pushy, staying way past closing time, keeping things within my budget, and turning my dream car into a reality. Thanks to Ray for helping us close the deal and saving me on maintenance expenses. Words can’t describe how happy I was to drive my new car out of the lot!

Johnny is great!!! Had called Service to inform of a flat tire about an hour before closing. However, service did not wait for my arrival to get car checked in or even provide the loaner. Thank God for Johnny and Ray as they wait for us to arrive and helped in the loaner and service process!!! Keep In mind they are in the sales department and NOT service and still helped me out with a smile on their face with excellent customer service!!! When you come to the Acura in Oakland make sure to ask for Johnny!

Experience at this Acura has worsened since i bought my 2020 mdx. Seems like they replace service managers alot it is conserning. New service manager seems like a creep and a know it all but overall very rude. I shall be taking my business to Acura of Fremont from now on

Please be very careful when you share information and negotiate price with the sales representatives, especially the one named "Johny".
I shared the best price I got from a nearby dealership in South Bay. Without even confirming the number, Johny said he'll match it for sure and even add a $100 gift card. This is unfortunately a lie. Once he got the email proposal from the other dealership, he called their sales manager instead. Unless you have a lot of time to waste, I would suggest not trust their price match or beat promised. By the way, their initial best OTD is significantly higher ($1K) than the 2nd highest in the area for the same model and configuration.

Been a customer of Oakland acura for a long time. In a time where prices are going insane they generally are much more reasonable than brands like Mercedes. They know how to focus on the essentials.

Today is by far one of the worst experiences I have had by far at any dealership. My goal was to purchase an OEM part for my current Acura TL, and I was very interested in looking at a new Acura TLX. The "3" employees that I saw working were very unwelcoming. The young man, the lady at the front desk, and the young man at the copier never acknowledged me either. I will never recommend anyone to the current staff at Acura of Oakland.

We got our ultimate family car, luxurious yet not as expensive as the other well-known car brands. My husband just went to have our Acura MDX Aspec maintenance service and asked if they have the Type S white (He's been eyeing for it since January of 2023) Johnny was the first person he talked to, who is really nice. Then we had an appointment to see its full potential. I was not fully decided to get it but Paul and Ray worked together to convince me it's worth it. So Paul let my husband test drive and showed all its top of the line features that really WOWed me. Then here comes Ray, who gave us choices in financial aspect. We finally trade in our Aspec and switched to Type S. All thanks to the patience, teamwork, and accommodation of Paul and Ray who stayed with us until 7pm! Thank you Oakland Acura!
