This is not a place to take children. Stay if you're homeless, mostly. Some rooms have NO heat or air.

There's condoms under the bed & garbage. There was no working tv and no heater. Yet the owners son who call himself rex found the audacity in himself to demand on time payment for a substandard room. I'm sure there are a number of local codes being broken there. Will not return there as a guest.Rooms: The rooms might need another touch of cleaning..the price is way outdated, there is no way id ever pay nearly 100 for that.

Cheap grimey hotel on the cheap. Didn't receive towels when we checked in. But we got the rate down from 88 to 80 and then to 70 after a week, so that's a plus!Rooms: The first room we had didn't have a working heater and there was black mold in the shower, which we killed with 100 percent bleach spray! Crazy!Walkability: Not too far from MacArthur BART about 6 blocks.Food & drinks: They serve some simple plates like beef tortillas, cheeseburger, chicken sandwich, and a Philly cheese steak until 9 pm.

They just came out with a bunch of really good food. They have a full menu. The street tacos are FUEGO..Food & drinks: The owners offer a great little menu and you don't even have to stay at the motel to order food! I would really recommend giving it a try..

Had a reservation but there was a maintenance issue in that room. Since it was their last room the manager got me set up in another motel across the street and called to make sure I got the same price. He just took care of it in a way that made it a non- issue for me outside of physically getting to the other motel. I appreciated him taking the time to reassure me and let me charge my phone so I could use it to pay when I got to the new motel. Very patient and understanding.

This place was beyond bad. At first it was funny bad. Like oh our non smoking room smells like cigarettes haha whatever. But it only got worse. First off the sheets were stained and moldy. I couldn't even use them I was so disgusted by them. The walls had blood splatter on em. There were huge mystery stains on the curtains and the shower curtain was gross and moldy. But the cherry on top of the crappy motel cake was the fact that the knob to the hot water in the shower was broken. So I couldn't even wash the stink of that room off of me in the morning. I've never stayed in a more disgusting motel.

Cheapest I got and tbh it wasn't bad. Looks war torned but housekeeping was on time. I had towels. Doors locked securely. There are cameras. Rooms were clean. Quiet environment. Bars were a walk away. It did not smell of smoke. Covered car park. I did not see not one cockroach and there were no bed bugs. For $88 flat which was the cheapest in the area this was a packaged deal. I was allowed to check in early for a fee. The second time around they waived it . Rooms are always available so I guess we can stay there in cases of emergencyRooms: Bathrooms for each room. No smoke scent. No rodents. No microwave however the front desk microwaves your food upon request.

I would never recommend anyone to come here unless they're on the run but even then I wouldn't I just would never recommend anyone to come here the TV don't work there's no cable the air do not work hot and cold there's mold in the shower the toilet is dirty there's no microwave for one bedroom it's $90 but it really should be 50 or 60 because it's really just somewhere to lay your head and be able to use the restroom but not take a shower or warm up any food here or chill here worst motel I've been to in my entire life.

Awful hotelDirty rooms, the pillows were broken and everything smelled like tobacco(in a non smoking room). Moldy shower and dirt on the floor.

Don't do it. Place is gross mold in shower, sketchy as fuuuuck. Same price in pleasanton gets you a hella nice room with breakfast.

Its cool if u need a place to stay staff is cool but the maid could do a way better job at wiping things down... they don't even have an ice machine
