I am incredibly grateful for the invaluable support and guidance provided by the Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA). I am currently in the early stages of my homebuying journey and my experience thus far has been good. It’s important to note that while NACA is a helpful program, its effectiveness ultimately depends on the commitment of the prospective homebuyer.NACA does an excellent job of preparing individuals for the challenges and responsibilities of homeownership, but it expects that the homebuyer will also be proactive and dedicated throughout the process.In my case, I've found that NACA's resources and counseling have been instrumental in equipping me with the knowledge and skills needed to make informed decisions about purchasing a home. By actively engaging with the program and following through on their recommendations, I've been able to progress confidently towards my goal of homeownership.I would highly recommend NACA to anyone considering buying a home, but I would also emphasize the importance of active participation and dedication on the part of the homebuyer. With NACA's support and your commitment, achieving the dream of homeownership feels within reach.

To put it simply, you'll get out of NACA what you put into it. I can't speak for other people's experiences but for myself and my wife, we made sure to read the NACA handbook prior to the NACA Homebuying Webinar and came up with our questions and concerns before our meeting with our NACA counselor.The process is stringent and you have to make sure you adhere to their regulations.Our counselor was very helpful and informative, and the website/portal was easy to use.For those who wish to achieve part of the American Dream of home ownership, NACA seems to be a boat you can rely on to reach those shores.

I just had my first appointment with my Naca counselor Oscar Montaya. I felt nervous to start my process but he gave me the confidence needed to start and continue my process, he was able to provide a lot of information and answer all my questions. I'm ready to learn and to embrace my journey of home ownership.Today I had my first appointment with my counselor from Naca, Mr. Oscar Montoya. I was nervous about starting the process, but his kindness gave me the confidence to continue my process. He gave me important information and answered my questions. I am ready to learn and embrace my journey to becoming a homeowner.

I recently decided to pursue homeownership through NACA, following in the footsteps of my grandmother who went through the program 20 years ago. While the process has been time-consuming, my experience has been overall positive.Initially, I encountered some challenges with my first counselor, which made the process a bit daunting. However, after expressing my concerns, I was connected with an amazing woman who has been incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. With her guidance, everything is now looking promising, and I feel confident about the journey ahead.While it may take some patience and perseverance, NACA has proven to be a valuable resource for achieving my dream of owning a home. I look forward to updated this review once I have the keys to my first home in my hand =)

I have been working to purchase a home via NACA. My experience has been great. I am so thankful to my counselor NyJah Lawerence who has been beyond patient and kind. I have had a great experience so far. My NACA case manager is very professional, friendly, and explains the process to me very well. The pace is basically your pace and how long it takes you to get all info together. I'm almost done with getting all info together and next would be approval. I look forward to next steps and being a homeowner!

If it wasn't for naca I wouldn't have any opportunities to pursue getting a house. You get help And guidance from everyone And they are all extremely nice. I am extremely grateful I found this program I would have no hope without it

Still new to the program, but NACA is clearly the best Mortgage lender on the market when compared to competitors. I recommend attending the introductory web seminar or a in-person to familiarize yourself with the organization. If you do you’ll understand why NACA should be your first choice if you plan to become a first time home buyer.

Oh my goodness, are you guys really into this? Did you really put this organization up to help or what? I had an inquiry with one lady by the name of Angela and I got unsure and unclear answers since I needed help with my rent. If you don't know where to get resources to help out people in need and then you are wasting your time paying these people to work in your office and should dissolve this organization fast.
