First, let me start by saying that the individuals who moved us were outstanding! They worked tirelessly and were very professional. My issue is with the Move Central Management. I spent an hour video chatting with a sales rep. We went room by room to compile an estimate. We did a pack one day and move the next. The packing price was estimated at around $2K and ended up being $3.8K. The move was estimated at $3.2K, then went up to $3.8K after they spent the pack-day at our house. When all was said and done the move alone cost was $6.4K. The total estimate (pack & move) was originally $5.2K and the end cost was over $10.2K. I feel like I was intentionally deceived regarding the cost of the move. When I called management to discuss the issue, they refused to make any adjustments. Be careful of being low balled!
