I started taking my car here about 15 years ago. Now my adult children and even my ex husband all take their cars here because I rave about this place. Toan’s motto is “do good work and don’t cheat people” They’ve more than lived up to that motto. Toan always finds the most cost effective solution, e.g. a rebuilt transmission, and when an old lemon of a car was on it’s last legs, Toan told me not to spend anymore money repairing it. It “died” a month later. We were taking my son’s VW to a “specialist” in VW’s every month to fix the same issue. When we took it to Toan, we never had that issue again

The best automotive service I've been to ever. I have a BMW and alway took it to BMW and they always over charge me. I will only support my local mechanics from now on. Customer service was great, explaining details and not overcharging you and gave me a neighborhood discount amazing customer service.

I pull into the Shell station to check my brakes because they went out on while I was driving. I opened up the brake fluid chamber and there was no break fluid in the container. so I refilled the chamber with yellow brake fluid from the shell gas station and my brakes went back to normal. The next day I took my car to Mobil one to have it checked out and the owner told me I needed new rotors and brakes before he even looked at my car. He immediately told me I needed an entire brake replacement, then charged me 879$. But when I got my car back it didn't feel any different, but my rear-brakes began to make a grinding sound, so I stopped and opened up my hood to check the brake chamber to see what he did. And i noticed the brake fluid chamber had the same yellow brake fluid from the night before from the Shell gas station. So I return back to the mobile station to ask about my brakes because they were now grinding and to ask if he changed the brake fluid. And when i confronted the owner about my car he said, " you have to prove it". But I never accused him of any wrong doing. Then he rudely asked if I had my receipt, I told him I had it in the car. When I showed my receipt he forcefully prompted me to give him my receipt. But I refused then left. DO NOT HAVE THIS MECHANIC WORK ON YOUR VEHICLE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF, HE WILL CHARGE FOR THINGS YOU NEED
