Minuteman Press is the BEST IN THE BAY! I have been using them to print my greeting cards for my small business for almost a year now! The customer service is TOP TIER, especially when working with the lovely Carla! The quality of work has been unmatched! I am always getting rave reviews on my Etsy on the quality of paper that I use on my greeting cards. So if your thinking, "this is pricey" it is SO WORTH IT!

I've used MinuteMan Press in my time in South Africa and have always received great service, I was eager to stick to the brand having since moved to the Northern hemisphere and I couldn't be more pleased with my decision. Overall, we had a good experience working with Minuteman in Oakland. We ordered 1000 52 page 8.5"x 11" saddle stitched books from them. When we received our order, the color of the books was not the same as the proof they provided. Minuteman responded well and did not charge us for the books. They also worked closely with us to ensure the reprint would meet our expectations. And the reprint came out great! They treated us very well despite having a hiccup in the process. They are an excellent small business with a focus on quality and customer service.

I have used Minuteman Press services both at Oakland and Lafayette and have been very satisfied with their services. From start to finish the process was very smooth. They are quick to respond, they are clear in their pricing, and they have design group if you are in need of one. I love the fact that this is a small business and not part of a big corporation.

Sedrick and his team were amazing. I contacted them during their busy holiday time with a bunch of questions on a job with a short timeline, and then added to the job half way through. Not only were they willing to accept the job, they were also very patient in answering all my questions, and then they rushed out and delivered the job for me. What a team! Definitely recommend!

Minuteman Press on 27th St & Telegraph Ave in Oakland is wonderful. Their service is top notch, and everyone who works there is very pleasant and friendly. I always love to see a business where the owner is around, working amongst the other workers, and Minuteman Press is that kind of business! They are quick and offer high quality copies.
