I went with my wife the other day to see phone models and an employee who was Hispanic with brown hair told us very rudely and with an attitude that they weren't showing phones and that they were closed. I don't think an employee should do that, and as a customer, I won't ever be coming back to this location. If I could give this place half a star, I would.

Customer Service here is bad. An employee, with shoulder length brown hair, Hispanic, I don't remember her full name, but it started with Ma, addressed me and my wife very rudely. We asked her a question, and she proceded to say they weren't doing that and that they were closed, even though it was evening. I'm not coming here ever again, because if an employee can act like this once, they will most likely do it again. It doesn't even deserve a star.

Don't come here. I went to pay my bill and they connected me to the internet without my noticing. And I'm not the only one my family also got a tablet too without them noticing. Very bad store

I came in this past Saturday 1/14/23 and the Hispanic girl between 2-3 pm added insurance and changed my account pin to do so WITHOUT my consent ?I only came in to change from an android to an iPhone I already had.Also she had the most horrible attitude and was hella impatient for some reason when the store was empty besides a family who was being attended by her supervisor of the day.Sad because the owner is such a great guy. The customer service quality has definitely lowered significantly

I would like to commend Mohammed Hussain, a very nice young man who helped me with some technical problems. My phone service was prematurely and wrongfully interrupted. I had encountered additional technical problems with my newly acquired cell phone service. I was highly frustrated. However, due to his respectful manner and persistence, all the problems were resolved. He is definitely a young man that I must praise. Hopefully, the management/owners of this franchise will recognize his worth and pay him accordingly. This review is for the Foothill Square Store.

The young man that was in the shop was very nice to help me I'm 73 and for two days I couldn't get anyone to help me from the Metro shop on the phone and this young guy was so patient and help me do all this such a Blessing

The worst experience ever my father is blind and I took him to get a phone Mareen to help us I told him that he will need a phone for his disability. He suggested a promotion and when we got home I notice that one of the phones will not have the option for his disability. We came back and Jaqueline helps us she was rude and mean. She said that the promotion was over and that my father will only get partial refunded because the promotion was ended yesterday. Jaqueline was really mean and rude how can Metro hired and stay in business with people like her. Like Jacqueline said the cheap is expensive and the end.
