If I can give a 0 star, I will. Sales Agent JD or KD rushing through to get me out of the store without explaining all details or testing if porting was fully completed. Now I'm stuck with metro pcs with only calling ability, but no calls will come through to me. Basically 3 days of down time on my number. Also, the agent didn't explain anything about the promotion, because I have switched over from another carrier, there I am eligible for a free phone. Now, I cannot receive calls and I didn't get a free phone, which I was eligible for. Don't come to this store. Very incompetent. Asked if anything they can do about this situation, they said no. Will switch to another carrier ASAP due to this really bad customer service.
