I am appalled by the customer service I received here. Lady gave so much attitude because she wasn't able to answer any of the questions I had about switching carriers. Why does she work there then? Wasn't competent enough to be helpful nor could she behave professionally. I believe her name was Marilyn. I ended up leaving with the same phone I walked in with. Waste of time and energy.

I have AT&T and I wanted to see if switching to metro would be better with the prices and services. When I walked in the store I never got welcomed and the employee was on her phone till I got to the desk she then decided to look at me with a look that seemed like she didn't want to be in there working.. she was super rude with the simple questions I was asking and just plain disrespectful.. I don't think I'll be going back to switch plans I'll rather stay with AT&T at least there I never had to experience something like that ever! The employee Marilyn at this metro store just gives the store a bad representation better off without her working there. The store should hire patient and kind employees!!

First expression is important. The costumer service was ok but the kid running the store chewing gum while talking and you see the chewing gum every time you ask a question and he’s answering doesn’t leave a good impression on the costumer and doesn’t represent the brand well.

I went in to get a new phone but walked out after a couple of minutes. The guy selling the phones was disinterested, and was not very helpful. In the past I've had better customer service, but today, not so much. There are lots of phone stores, so I'll try somewhere else.

CONS:They lied about credit being applied to my T mobile bill. I purchased a Alcatel hotspot. Advertised price in store display said $45 with purchase new line. I had purchased new phone/line 3 days before. The younger brother said "you will get a credit on your bill with Tmobile." Of course there's no credit!Additionally they would not sell me a service plan for my existing phone. Of course thats there option as there in business to make money. But 10Gb data on $50 plan is nothing.So they sell hotspot w/30Gb for another $30 a month. So now I'm in same price range as AT@T and Verizon. They have HBO included at that price range. And you get 30Gb on your phone. You don't need to buy a hotspot.2nd time returned to store observed customer urinating in gutter outside store?MetroPC outlets seem to cluster in lower income areas or cheap strip malls. I never see AT&T or Verizon stores in similar areas.CONS: In my present location in Oakland T mobile service superior to my previous AT&T and Verizon service.Salesman gave me a really good protective case(free I think)for my new phone. It saved my phone from damage twice!I needed a phone. They were a short walk from my apartment.Conclusion: I should have INSISTED ON SALE PRICE not a "credit."If you want T mobile service go to a T mobile store not MetroPC.

Very poor customer service, I have questions I need answered and the kid behind the register seemed to care less. I was trying to spend some money but he just kept giving me reasons not to business with them, the young man was rude and didn't even bother to get out of his chair. He just kept asking irrelevant questions and seeming preoccupied with what whatever he was doing before I got there. If you have a choice I would definitely pick a different location if your in the market for a new metro phone. And if management reads this please give your employees some additional training especially in customer service.

These people are just basically dishonest. Told me reason my phone would not run Home Depot app was, it was old & had problems. Sold me new phone they said WOULD run Home Depot app. Also said they were transferring over my contacts & photos. Phone they sold me did NOT run Home Depot app & they did NOT transfer over my photos & contacts. Then they refused to refund my money! I dealt with “Mo” & his older brother. So family of liars. Would give negative rating if possible. Don’t go there.
