Never again the worst phone service ever imaginable never helped us with our issues but we’re always quick to overcharge us for things we thought we already had upgrade plan after another plan just to get stuck with a plan you did not want so much wasted time and money with this company T-Mobile is we’re it’s at with my IPhone 13 we ok and On point

So far they have been very patient with us. My spouse and I both have been with metro pcs since 2004. I am 67 and my better half 73. I will always recommend metro. I am sad though they have forgotten the now seniors. We who supported metro, when metro wasn't cool. Please don't forget the now seniors. Thanks

If I could give negative 5 stars I would. The worst experience at a cell phone company. The lady that helped me started off super rude due to me getting there 10minutes before closing time. I just had called metro pcs and asked for their prices. I needed a cheap second phone for my business and the cheapest plan available. She told me I had to go for the most expensive plan for the first 3 months and then I could change it. I told her to show me where it's says that because I just had called the corporate number and they told me the prices. She responded with " I can't show you and that's the prices and If I wanted it or not". I said I am calling back corporate and I stepped outside and spoke to customer service and they apologized and said to go back inside so they can talk to the employee. One I tried walking back inside the employee closed the door and said they where closed and couldn't open it anymore. This employee should not be working there and as a business owner this would not happen at my place of business. When I asked for her name she hesitated and said (Monique) and it's probably not her real name. FYI I went to a different location on Davis st and it was the complete opposite service. They where nice and offered me the plan that I wanted. Stay away from that metro store on e 14th st in San Leandro.
