Let me start off by saying this is the best MetroPCS in the Eastbay PERIOD. The staff was extremely helpful and very nice very friendly respectful people that take the job seriously and work hard to make sure me as a customer gets the best help that I could possibly get. They went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything situated before I left. They have a nice selection of phone and phone cases and all the accessories you need when you get a new phone or a replacement. They're really cool & the staff is exceptional and professional ! If you need to go to a metro store I highly recommend you come here you'll be well taken care of and treated with the upmost respect. I cannot express how good the service was and sweet these people were to me. I want to give a huge shout out to the staff . Med , Samantha and Hanin. Thank you again for taking care of me and helping me so swiftly and keeping me laughing the entire time your customer service skills are exceptional keep doing what you're doing you guys have a customer for life !!
