The dealer was unable to find the correct grill emblem replacement for my car, even after providing the VIN number. They suggested that the original dealership where the car was sold may have swapped out the OEM part, which is frustrating and doesn’t inspire confidence.

Vincent Reed provided exceptional service during my first visit to the MBenz dealership in Oakland. He went above & beyond.
When I arrived, Vincent was very kind and informative despite me missing my first two initial appointments due to work constraints. The check-in process was very smooth and he was able to set me up with a courtesy vehicle. The next morning I received a text message with not only the status update, but also a video- this was cool to experience. I coordinated with Vincent on a good pick up time, he was very responsive and showcased amazing communication. When I arrived, Vincent once again met me with great attitude, energy and was very helpful in answering all of my questions.
Getting your vehicle serviced requires time and funds, and can be a little nerve wrecking b/c you are not 100% certain what to expect, but it makes life easier when you have wonderful folks like Vincent walking you through the entire process from check-in to payment gracefully.

Inspection raised multiple items needed addressing to help maintaining car safety and performance. Greatly appreciated the support and discount to ease the cost for this needed service. The only issue was how long it took to repair. Otherwise James kept me up to date with communication on project.

First off all Mercedes has a company wide policy for the deactivation and making of new keys but this is Oakland and the rate of robbery is so high they must revisit current policy, I could not get my key deactivated or a new key made till I had a nervous breakdown in the sales department which meant my vehicle was left in front of my job and could of been stolen at anytime, I really expected to have a far better level of service from Mercedes and more protection, even on the airport in Oakland you can fly with no ID so there is no way Mercedes should be able to hide behind company wide policy vs security when the airport can make exception for the convenience of travelers the MB should be able to find an alternative way to assist customers in theft protection especially since we pay such absorbent rates for inferior product by the way all the paint is chipping off the door window controls truthfully I had a Honda that looks new no paint chip sad to say

Professional courteous knowledgeable customer focused and expensive. You get what you pay for. The Best. It’s difficult to find the right “automotive doctor”. Service received for an injector. My S class does what it is suppose to on the highway.
