On the one hand, they have a great selection of tools and paints, but I wanted to give them 1 star because NOTHING has any price on it. Who can possibly want to shop in a "sure, charge whatever you want" setup?! Crazy

Have used this place a few times over the years and the service has always been good. Most recently for Benjamin Moore paint for a new home addition. Unfortunately they mixed the second 5 gallon bucket purchased separately the wrong color (BM Swiss coffee instead of KM Swiss Coffee) even after I had asked them to check it against my previous order as a double check. They did end up replacing it for me (paint cost $370) but sadly we had already sprayed the second coat in this different shade, meaning I lost over a day of work and had to repaint the entire job with another coat. Recommend triple checking and suggestion to Mark's - always write the color code/name on the bucket.

We bought five gallons of paint. They were super helpful in store and had everything we needed. Then we figure out that one gallon was mixed with the wrong sheen. They replaced it.

Much better (noticable) quality paint,, and this particular store saves me a LOT of time, and staff knows everything and quickly answer the questions I can't find on the web.They quickly answer all my trivial paint questions when I call.They are the industry standard in paint.

This particular store is staffed by people who really do know their products and most certainly have had to entertain many varied painting problems from both diy-ers and professionals alike. Store is stocked with quality products at reasonable prices.

I want to give a shout out to this paint store - they let me in just right after they had already closed because I had just been there and bought the wrong color. (insert unhappy face here!) Carolyn in particular was SO HELPFUL even though I was clearly keeping her after hours so that I could have paint for Sunday morning when they were closed. They have no idea how much of a help this was - I have been going to this store for years but today it was above and beyond. THANK YOU CAROLYN! And thank you to the guy who let me back in after they closed!!!!

The gentlemen at Mark's Paint have never failed me. I went in today looking to match the exterior paint on my house, and by sleuthing through old orders, they were able to confirm the sheen and color I needed. They even matched my contractor's price, without me requesting it.

I've been going here for years and I am so grateful to have this neighborhood store -- it is the best that I have shopped in and I have done my fair share of home repair on both the east and west coasts. I really appreciate how knowledgeable and helpful the staff are. They were lifesavers during the my early years of home ownership and they continue to help me make the right choices. Their paint matches are perfect. They are friendly and efficient, and I always tend to leave with a little boost of confidence.

I have been a loyal customer for 10 years but I will never go back after being rudely treated when I called to ask about the formula used for a paint that I purchased last week. A salesperson sold me several gallons of Kelly Moore paint with the assurance that the formulas were the same across paint stores. I chose to purchase the paint from Marks. Unfortunately, when more paint was needed, Mark's Paint did not have the Aura base needed for 2 more gallons of the Kelly Moore and so I needed to go somewhere else for the paint. This is when I discovered that the formulas are not the same from store to store. When I called to inquire about the formula, trying to figure out how to solve my problem, all I got was the salesman lecturing me on the obvious - I should have bought all the paint from the same place, (ignoring the fact that they did not have the proper base to make additional gallons of paint). He just kept saying this over and over - as though I didn't know this. Too bad he couldn't simply say, I'm sorry this happened. That's all I needed.
