My partner and I have loved Marisa Mason since they opened. Amazing place for gifts (and some things for myself too). I haven’t gotten to try their permanent jewelry offering yet, but I’m so excited to!
Their pierces are impeccably made, and the one time I snapped a necklace they fixed it for me!

Over the course of several visits, calls, and otherwise being a needy customer, they helped me find the perfect piece for my girlfriend, including having it shipped up from LA. Maddie in particular was an incredible help!

I absolutely love coming here to get permanent jewelry! They have the cutest, daintiest chains and charms, the customer service is always great, and their new location is fabulous. Perfect stop on a brunch and bling Saturday morning with the girls. The rings in the picture are new but we also got the bracelets here.

I got great service from Siena. She really knows what she's doing. They fit you with the link first and you get to see how it looks on you before they make it permanent. Super fun. Expensive but fun. Note: it's NOT by the inch!! The only reason why I didn't give it a 5 star is because I do not like their online reservation system. It doesn't make sense. And you absolutely cannot book any other way.

Love my rings! I've spoken with many members of the team over the last few months, both in store, on the phone, and via email. Everyone has been patient, kind, and helpful. House jewelry line and even other items in shop are stunning. I truly love my rings! Working with the team around sizing was awesome. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this place! They have a gorgeous selection of fine jewelry designers, plus lots of more affordable pieces from their own brass and silver lines. Really cool mix of edgy, organic, and stunning quality across the board. My partner and I have gotten permanent jewelry from them three times. One year & two years later our bracelets have held up so well, no breaks. Sienna, who does their permanent jewelry, is lovely and super attentive to detail. When we went in for our newest bracelets, they kindly cleaned our other ones, as the stones had gotten a little grubby in the past year. They have a wide ranging selection of chain styles and tons of beautiful charms to add on. We were also able to request a particular stone/setting in advance. All of the sales staff are friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable! We have shopped at their original Oakland location during busy hours when they have gracefully been juggling multiple customers and still made the point to check in with us. Their Berkeley space is super open with lots of room for browsing. We tried on a number of rings and they were so helpful in explaining different settings, stone cuts, etc. I wilk be shopping here for years to come!

Thank you Marisa Mason! We bought our wedding rings through their online store during the flash fine jewelry sale, and were so pleased with the amazing service and quality. Buying wedding rings when you live across the country and can't try them on in person is daunting. (We used to live in Oakland and wanted to support their business even though we've since moved). Sienna answered all our questions with patience, helped us figure out our ring size remotely, and made sure we got the benefit of the sale while paying in two installments. When the rings came, they fit perfectly--both are comfortable and exactly what we were looking for. We're thrilled!

I was devastated when my forever bracelet that I did with my daughter in NYC broke. Maddie was so responsive to my call, saw me that day and repaired it. I purchased a second permanent bracelet and the whole process took less than 15 minutes. Such a beautiful store - I know I will be back. Highly recommend! Thank you again, Maddie!

I went in to get a permanent bracelet and had the best experience. Great selection of chains in high quality materials. She really took her time to make sure I was happy with the fit and it was going to be functional for me. Everyone was so sweet, warm and I just had a really nice time. Will definitely be back for more!

Marisa's team is first class! I especially want to shoutout Maddie for taking amazing care of me every time I come in, and even working through a recent mishap (on my end). I also had a lovely permanent jewelry experience this weekend (DO IT!). I wish I had her name, but she was great and Maddie's co-pilot I believe. Wonderful permanent jewelry experience!!! Made an appointment for me and a friend once I saw that they opened up spots on Instragram. Spots fill out so fast so I suggest keeping updated on Instagram. There was deposit that goes into your permanent jewelry purchase. One appointment is good for 2 people! Came a bit earlier as suggested on the website if you wanted more time to choose your chain but there was a group in front of us so could've just arrived on time. The sore is quite small and sells all sorts of jewelry. The permanent jewelry area is in the back behind the register! Had to sign some papers beforehand about laser safety. The lady that helped us was nice and patient!! Spent some time in the beginning to pick out the chain style we wanted but there weren't that many options so that was pretty quick. Then she just measured out my wrist and tested it to make sure it was the right looseness that I wanted!! Super customizable. My friend took a while choosing how loose she wanted it and the lady was really understanding!! They tell you to not look directly at the laser because it could damage your eyes. But the welding process was so fast and absolutely painless. Didn't even hear zapping noises and I've definitely heard of horror stories of people getting hurt at other places. The only thing is it's not cheap (~200 for mine) but would definitely recommend for a simple investment piece. I've had mine for a little over a month now and holding up really well! I think if it somehow breaks off, you can bring it in for them to reattach too!
