I have been coming to Marcus Book Store since I was a little girl. The atmosphere hasn’t changed…you can still sit on the floor and read. The selection is amazing and the service is wonderful.

A historical gem in Oakland! Vast selection of classics, oldie but goodies, and current titles across multiple genres. Exceptional service paired with good, inviting energy. Can't recommend enough!
