Jean is AWESOME! She was thorough, making sure everything was above board. She was patient with my aunt who was hard in hearing. We really appreciate her.

Came by to drop off a FedEx return. The nice lady showed me their POD (proof of delivery) station which allows customers to take a photo of their package rather than print out a receipt. A small, nice way to save paper/trees, offered to me in a very pleasantly!

We're sorry, we are not the "US Post Office", or "Fedex Office Print and Ship Center" or "The UPS Store", so we are not allowed to accept returns with QR codes or returns for Comcast/XFinity or returns for AT&T U-verse at our location. Please take those packages to the proper location indicated by the company you are processing your returns with. Thank you! We can accept UPS, FedEx Express and FedEx Ground prepaid returns with fully addressed labels attached before the pick up times listed below (except during our holidays). After these pickup times we cannot accept these packages to be stored overnight. Monday-Friday FedEx Ground: 1:30pm FedEx Express: 3:30pm UPS: 4:25pm Saturdays: FedEx Ground: 12pm FedEx Express: None UPS: 12:45pm
