Honestly i waited about 10 mins for her to notice me . I ask for help 2 times and she ignored me . When she finally noticed me and had a phone call and told me to wait and she told her friend to help me . I only wanted to buy a plant for my garden so I ask advice which plant would be a good fit but she didn't even know . So I left . She didn't even have alot of flowers only summer plants .

I got a bouquet of dark red carnations and marigold flowers. Turned out good but I was charged $35 for it which I felt was too expensive for the size, execution and quality.

Lidia is the BEST! She takes her time with her bouquets and always offers amazing pricing! She has been an Oakland resident for over twenty years and is SUCH a pillar of the community! She has plants! Flowers! She is also very sweet!!! Such a sweet heart! Come by to perk up your whole day!

I bought yesterday their Ferrero Bouquet, and it was amazing!! My wife loved it! She was so happy and even cried that I gave her that special present, as special as her. I will definitely be back here next year for her birthday and I will purchase their Boxed Flowers! I bet she will love it! Thanks to the best florists in the city!

You expect me to go to your flower shop again! Last Monday, I went to your shop. I was so thankful to your staff for giving me such a wonderful and fresh bouquet of roses. The arrangement was lovely, and the flowers are well-chosen. I thanked the florist with all of my heart, for she perfectly did his job. Besides, their shop was a very beautiful place to visit. It was clean, comfortable, and refreshing because of the flowers surrounded. Honestly, I greatly loved everything in here. Thank you so much!

Cute little flower shop that's part of a mini-mall (?) with a grocery store and a food stall. I gave vague instructions for the sort of bouquet I was looking for ("something nice to take to my aunt's house for dinner") and the owner (Magdalena herself?) made a beautiful bouquet at a very reasonable price of $20.

I found this company through yelp of course. I placed an order on line and received a confirmation email and everything. I called the next day to see what time the flowers would be delivered. Come to find out the lady said her website is down. So I tried to place an order over the phone but the lady couldn't take my order because I didn't speak Spanish so I ended not getting my flowers

Magdalena's small flower shop is sandwiched by the other assorted shops by the Fruitvale Bart, and it's pretty decent for what it is. I came here for a last minute graduation flower assortment and they helped me assemble the kind of assortment I wanted quickly while being pretty decent in regards to price. If you're in need of a quick fix for flowers, Magdalena's can help you in a quick pinch. Card, Cash, & Venmo accepted, which I found to be a plus. I ordered a mixed bouquet of assorted roses, and the presentation was decent and charged fairly for what it was, and for the particular way I decided to arrange the flowers I chose. The lady working there was extremely kind and she helped secure the bouquet in ribbon and the presentation was really nice. My only downside is the amount of greenery and leaves still attached to the bouquet of flowers I made, but to be fair in my haste I could have asked for them to trim it a little more. Overall the flower shop here is decent, so a high 3.75 leaning to a 4. Despite the location, it's not a bad place to get flowers, especially in a fix, and the lady that helped me was very sweet. I can't really attest to ordering in advance, but to the people who are ordering for special occasions such as Valentines Day, this paticular flower shop is pretty good in a pinch.

I am lost for words. I am extremely disappointed with this establishment. As we all know funerals are a very hard thing to organize and company's that are in that line of business should be very aware of the stress one goes through. Owning a flower shop I would assume this business would be punctual and have proper communication. Starting off I called on a Wednesday during business hours before 5pm. A week before the funeral then I received a call back around 6pm. He was welling to work with me then he via text pictures of some flowers so I could get an idea. I told him which flower I would like and that I would call him tomorrow morning with a credit card. I called no answer kept calling. Then the weekend came and gone. Contacted him Monday no answer. He via texts and says can't talk will contact you back and he never did. Many things are wrong with that communication. I didn't have a back up plan thinking it was a for sure thing. With that being stated I had to rush and find a flower shop which turned out to be amazing. Hugo seemed very pleasant and I am sure he can conduct great business however, I had a bad first time experience.
