Over the phone these guys were fine, seemed professional and helpful. But going into the shop was an entirely different scenario. They ordered the wrong glass for my vehicle a total of 3 times. Each time they kept asking me to come back. I don't live in the area and it was a MAJOR inconvenience. I finally asked for a refund and went elsewhere. BTW I initially thought these guys where competitive on price but I later found out most local glass companies use the same supplier for after market glass and offer comparable prices.

Customer service by Veronica and Sebastian was excellent. Repaired rear window and taped small window. Did not have replacement glass for small window. Only gave 5 stars because glass was not vaccumed from floor and back seat. However, they took care of vaccumming after it was requested. Very fast and efficient service. Done within a couple of hours.

If you want a place near oakland, and with an affordable price for an after market glass. then this is the perfect place. but be very careful, sometimes cheap is more expensive, and that was my case. The sellers are very efficient and fast. But when I got to my appointment, they didn't have my glass yet. They made me wait another hour and a half for the glass to finally arrive. I was offered to tint it for $80, and I accepted. The installation lasted about 45 minutes and I was finally able to leave with my glass installed and tinted. After 3 days, I opened the hatchback of my SUV so that the main panel fell on my head, because the screws were not installed, and almost all the retaining clips were crushed by not aligning them, and thus remain supported only by the cables of the lights and the door switch. Immediately afterwards I realize that the 3 plastic trims are badly placed and also falling off, as a result of the fact that most of the clips are broken, in all 3 pieces!!!. They did not put one of the nuts on one of the screws that hold the spoiler. and all the seals that cover those screws did not put them either. All of this was during the installation, I clarify, the man who installs on the left side, next to the polarizer (with a young lady helping him), when I gave him a tip, they (the young lady and he) had an expression on their faces that was somewhat surprised, later I understood why. I am awed by the fact that they have ruined all of the aforementioned, without thinking that in a couple of days the trunk would have to be opened again! I can not understand. In addition to that, the tint has a stain, a cut, and wrinkles as well. and two weeks later when I washed the car, I realized that it had a small puddle of water (not very big, but a leak anyway). in conclusion; After the glass, I had to buy screws, clips, nuts, seals and the 3 trims, giving a balance of 260 dollars, plus the 381 for the glass with installation, for a total of 641 dollars, and that's without adding the cost of fixing the glass. leak. since I do not plan to return to try to fix the problem. In conclusion, the attention in the office is very good (in Spanish and English) but the work in the installation (which is the most important thing) made me regret not having bought the OEM glass in another more competent business. IN THE END, I ALREADY SPENT THE SAME FOR A CHINESE GLASS OF MUCH LESS QUALITY. bmw 2008 hatch back glass.Si quieres un lugar cerca de oakland y con un precio accesible por algo no original, entonces este es el lugar perfecto. pero cuidado, aveces lo barato sale caro, y ese fue mi caso. los vendedores son muy eficientes, y rapidos. pero la instalacion es muy dediciente y sin cuidado.

Extremely rude hung up in my face when I called to talk about the prices. I had said another company that had quoted me $180 and that it was alright thank you anyways, he had quickly said something along the lines of don’t call about prices and hung up on my face after quoting me $230.

They were supposed to give me a call for when they got their window piece that they failed to tell me they didn't have. So I had to come here and ask if they had the motor. Then I arrived early and spoke with the employee. He knew I arrived before someone but served the person after me. They are unorganized

They replaced my front windshield and cut a wire to my car and gave me a hard time about it money was still owed after they agreed to place the factory window in instead of the generic!! Never again!!
