Yesterday evening Los Cuates Towing was the first number I called, no one picked up. But my call was returned within a minute. Francisco was professional and so was the gentleman (I did not get his name) that showed up with the tow truck to get my car out of where I got stuck (grass area). A big plus he arrived within the time given and once my car was in the clear he even offered to park my car to make it easy for me to drive off so I would not get stuck once again.Thank you again!

Francisco is exceptional. I gave him not one but TWO hugs because he was legitimately a godsend. I needed my car towed at 3 am from a not-so-nice area, and he was there within half an hour. He was empathetic and knowledgable, and I knew immediately that I was in good hands. He is highly professional, and the entire experience was short and sweet, which is exactly what you want from a towing service. He worked with my insurance and made the whole process painless. Thanks to Francisco!! Definitely go to him when you are in a pinch (or otherwise).

omg when I tell you I called thinking I just needed a simple thing (unlocking my door bc my keys got locked in my trunk) and it turned into a nightmare very quickly. Basically my trunk couldn’t be accessed bc Mercedes didn’t want thieves to be able to get in the trunk if they broke in the car. But when your in a situation like this it would be pretty handy to be able to access it. Nonetheless Francisco took the time to take my entire backseat apart (NO EASY TASK) and got into my trunk!! Call these guys if your in need bc they are going to go above and beyond. And if the boss sees this.. give my man Francisco a raise bc he deserves it !! Thanks los cuates towing 5 stars ⭐️

After waiting for 90 minutes and my original tow truck canceled These guys saved me. Came right out in 45 minutes. Exactly when they said they would and did an awesome job. I was at 35th and Adaline in the dark by myself with two flat tires.!Services: Special vehicle towing

My car was broken into at Bart late at night. Los Cuates was one of the few people laces answering their phone and they responded in a very timely manner. The person who towed my car home was extremely nice and helpful. Needing a tow usually sucks so it's great when folks are friendly and quick. Thanks guys!

This should be the first company you call every time.Francisco was a life saver! I totaled our family vehicle while driving through Oakland and had my toddler with me.He went above and beyond to ensure our safety and take car of our car. He turned our terrible circumstances in too something manageable, because he was concerned and wanted the best for us.
