Got towed and was charged $690 cash to get it. No card payment. Absurd pricing for a single day storage tow. He was late showing up to meet me too. Doesn’t feel great carrying so much cash on me thru Oakland.

Mark was great! Was able to come really quickly, cost was good, great service. Was just getting my personal car picked up and taken to a car dealership. Very simple process. Highly recommend if you need to tow something.

I had a great experience with Mark considering the circumstances. The car I was borrowing wouldn't start, and after a brief phone call he came quickly. We tried to jump start it, then we ended up having to tow it. Pricing seemed reasonable and I love that it's a local business. Would definitely recommend!

My car needed to be towed and this towing company helped so much. Mark was super helpful and quick with the quote for the service and with coming to get the car. I barley had to wait and the customer service was amazing. I'd recommend them to anybody!

Local Towing and Mark are my heroes for the day! After trying to work with AAA for over 5 hours only to end up at an impasse, I called Local Towing which I found on Yelp. Mark answered right away, gave me a very reasonable quote, showed up on time, and perfectly backed the van into a pretty narrow space on the driveway. They helped to make what started as a major FUBAR Friday into a much more pleasant day. I appreciate their professionalism and will use them again if needed. Thanks!

Super communicative and responsive. Very easy process, and price was reasonable. Uses Zelle, which made my life a ton easier. Was very flexible when I couldn't make the first time window work for me. Would absolutely use again, though hopefully never have to.

My friend's car got towed last Sunday night, October 11. I was there along with a mutual friend of ours. The man who spoke on the phone with my friends was very rude and condescending. He constantly talked over them and accused them of trying to argue when they were simply asking questions. Upon meeting him in person he explained that he was dealing with a rude individual before we called. As someone who has worked in retail as well as the service industry multiple times, I understand how frustrating rude customers can be, but that is NOT a good excuse to be rude to people who aren't being rude to you at all. We also noticed that he spoke way more kindly to the rude individual he was referencing. Furthermore, he damaged the bumper of my friend's car while towing it and lied to avoid accountability. He kept on saying "It's not personal." and "I didn't damage your car." which are both very suspicious things to say to someone who's retrieving their towed vehicle. He did damage the car and refused to take responsibility for doing so. It is unsafe for her to drive her car at the moment because the bumper could fall off any second. The cherry on top was the racially-charged commentary. He told my friend he thought her name was only for "orientals." It's totally unnecessary to verbalize opinions like that about people's names to begin with, even moreso when you are going to be racially-insensitive. "Oriental" is a descriptor for objects, not human beings. It made me extremely uncomfortable to hear that as an Asian woman, especially when people have used that word against me in a demeaning way.

While my car was towed and put in the lot because the lot is shared with another company there's several people in and out of the lot my car was ransacked and gone through I had a pair of eyeglass cases up in the visor which was stolen and my wife had a turquoise metal tool box in the trunk full of tools which was also stolen the tool box was sentimental because her grandfather Bill gave it to her before he passed away the owner of local tow was really polite and said he would get back to me and help me but has yet to do so you don't expect this kind of stuff to happen especially when you pay $375 for a tow and one day of storage.

The absolute most disrespectful, bottom feeders. Tried to intimidate and threaten me just now and threaten with a fire arm. Unacceptable behavior, authorities have been contacted and legal action will be taken.
