I went for a mani and spa pedi with gel French tip polish. I was the only customer and I see why. The spa chair was broken, there was no massage or whirlpool. The gel polish was not smooth and had ridges after dry. I was so upset and had to pay the $98 anyway. I will never go back. One of my nails broke the next day after she didnt repair it right. This used to be my go to spot 7 years ago. Now it needs to be shut down as I have a fungal infection on my feet.

Loa-an’s still provides excellent service after 30+ year’s. This is a clean and comfortable salon offering a variety of services at competitive prices.OPI Baby Take a Vow was my choice of color and I was very pleased at the end of the service. Tina was my nail technician for the 2nd time.

I called to made an appointment, got there on time, and they called me in almost 20min later. They asked me what shaped and color, and they did what they wanted, when I told the lady that's not what I want, she just told me that she was going to charge me for what I asked, not what I actually got. Really rude service! I wanted to try this place, but it was expensive for something that I didn't even get!

Horrible service I paid $50 for a full set and within two days three nails broke just buy me rubbing my handsand putting lotion on they just snapped off because they were so thin and when I went back to the shop to tell them they did not fix it they sat and complained and said it was my fault I highly recommend not going here the nail shop next door may be better have not went to that nail shop yet but next time I will try itService: Sculpted nails

So I’ve come here 5 times and 3 out of the 5 times my nails have been completed in a very sub par manner. This time my nails look like I could have done them myself, they insist on drilling even though they can simply buff, and the nail polish is super streaky (even the topCoat!) and they refuse to go back and fix it. I’m tired of this happening. My cuticles are peeling too. It’s time to find a new spot.

Love love love my lashes by LoAn!!! She was very gentle and took her time to make sure I got the look I wanted. I've been to many places and I've finally found my lash spot. I wanted a full but natural look and she definitely delivered. So excited to not have to do any liner in the morning. Definitely worth the spend.

I've been here twice now. The first visit was excellent. A gentleman did my pedicure. I came for the second time today to have a pedicure and a full set. They asked if I wanted a short set, several times. I said yes. I was asked how short I wanted my nails cut, but was not informed that there was an up charge for my nails being "longer" until I called hours later to get a breakdown of my charges. Mind you, my nails are still short. I was also charged for the shape of my nails. In total, I was charged $17 extra dollars for things that are NOT listed on their menu and were NOT explained to me during my visit. Money is not the issue, I obviously paid and left, however, good customer service means having all of these things listed on the price menu or explained to the customer.

Went for a pedicure this morning and I didn't have to wait so that was a plus. The nail tech was very nice but after she was done I could tell she didn't do a great job. One of my feet looked to have an extra coat of polish as the color looked darker than the other and she seemed to have missed part of my nails on one side. She also went past the cuticle on most toes so definitely not a careful job. I was in such a hurry to leave that I didn't want to deal with having them fix it. Was gonna let it slide and still gave a little more than a 15% tip. But the worst thing. 6 hrs from the time i left - the nail polish got distorted literally showing weird lines on my nails. I've never had this happen after a pedicure. $30 down the drain. Please don't come here unless you have a trusted technician. I don't know the name of the person that worked on me - I'm leaving town tomorrow otherwise I would go in person and complain.

This is one of my favorite nail salons in the East Bay. They are very nice and they do a great job. I recommend making an appointment because they can get busy, but I have had some success just walking in. Last time I got a gel manicure here it did not chip AT ALL until my next appointment, which was about 5-6 weeks later!Services: Foot massages

I went in for a pedicure and a lip/chin wax. I wanted French tips on my toes. The girl offered to paint my toes a pink color because my nails are ugly. I said sure. I will say they do look great. When I paid it was $65.00. Turns out she put gel on my toes. She never said "Gel" or I would have said no. I've never had gel so I didn't realize she was doing that. She insisted she told me, I insisted she didn't but of course I paid it. Had already given her a tip or she certainly wouldn't have gotten that. I will never go back. Too bad because it's a neighborhood place.
