Mulkeet - if that's how you spell it, is a joke of a professional. Use freetaxusa or any other service that will communicate with you in an honest manner, without having to spend hundreds of $$. Horrendous at answering the phone, calls back to patronize you. How does this place have good reviews????

I get so overwhelmed by taxes that I always procrastinate until I break down and pay someone else to do it. I’ve been referred to several small businesses, and surprisingly felt more like a number than a person even though this is a chain, it felt really different. Mike DeVito specifically took me on as a client less than an hour before they closed, and stayed an hour late to finish it. I apologized multiple times, and he was nothing but gracious and pleasant. The amount came out significantly more than he originally quoted me, so he also made some adjustments to get it closer to the amount he quoted me over the phone, overall, I’m extremely happy with the company. Fast, friendly, competent, and affordable! What more can you ask for?

I recently met with Malkeet and Mike to prepare and submit two years of tax returns for a close friend of mine. Liberty Tax rocks! The staff was professional, personable and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions. I plan on continuing to have them prepare our future tax returns.
