I have lost track of how many times I have had my windshield(s) replaced here over the years. I won’t go anywhere else. They just do great work at a great price. Low overhead, and the woman who owns the place is just so sweet. I miss their old location a bit (thanks Oakland), but I feel safe and welcome here, with my car in good hands. Highly recommended.

I got my car broken into a few weeks ago and needed one of the windows replaced quickly since it was about to storm. This place gave me a reasonable quote and was able to accommodate me dropping off my car after work. Very fast service and they even vacuumed my car. Not to mention, very friendly!

I got my passenger front window smashed and needed an urgent replacement since a storm is coming, I made some phone calls and nobody had the size of window I needed.Le Auto Glass told me they would get it the next day, so I kept calling repair shops. Less than five minutes after hanging up with them Le Auto Glass called to confirm they had it!I was grateful they kept on looking and followed up! The estimate was totally reasonable and they got me in right away. My car was covered with glass and they carefully vacuumed it until it was clean.If I didn’t know I could not tell my window was replaced.The highlight was the people who run this business, Ms. Trang is super kind, she sent me to wait in a quiet room with two couches and a bathroom, all very clean. I had not had lunch and she recommended a place walking distance that was great!The technician fixing my window did a perfect job. Overall they helped me have a much less traumatic experience after the break in.

I was unfortunately late to my reservation yet they cleaned the glass out of my car and fixed the window in like thirty minutes. Their waiting room is clean, bright, and there are snacks offered. Additionally, restaurants are near if you don’t chose to wait there. Great customer service as well, very accommodating. They helped me drive my car in and out. Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a great place to do a car glass replacement.

The only place to go if you're unfortunate enough to have a break-in (once), or a boulder hits your windshield (second visit). Literally 1/2 price vs other quotes

Was referred to Le Auto Glass by a friend, after I needed to replace a window from a break in. Called in the morning, got a quote, set an appointment in the afternoon to bring it in, and was told it would take an hour. Upon arrival, I received a warm and friendly greeting from the woman that I spoke with in the morning, and was offered tea / coffee in the waiting area (which also had 2 pretty comfy couches). Immediately after they pulled my vehicle in, the installer made sure I was aware of an existing issue on the interior door trim panel (I was), before they touched anything or removed it. 30 mins or so later, and less than an hour from when I pulled into the lot, I was driving away with a new window and the entire front of my vehicle freshly vacuumed / free of glass!To make this awesome experience even better, the installer fixed the door trim issue he pointed out to me when reinstalling the door panel, free of charge!Definitely going to recommend them to anyone in the East Bay, and will be returning in a couple months to have them replace my windshield.Getting my window smashed with nothing in the car to take, was frustrating, to say the least. Le Auto Glass truly made the repair experience as pleasant and easy as could be!

Happy new year Oakland. Woke up to my back window bipped last night. 2nd time within the last year, stealing nothing. Both times, the small rear triangle window. I would recommend calling ahead to schedule an appointment in case they're busy. But today, I just drove up early this morning and thankfully there wasn't a line. They repaired my window within 20 minutes and vacuumed out my entire car, even the front seats -- all for $140. They're fast, affordable, and friendly. I was horribly upset this morning, but walked out of the shop actually feeling better. I felt taken care of. Hopefully I won't have to get another window repaired anytime soon. But if I did -- I'd go back to Le's in a heartbeat.
