Awful and unprofessional place to do taxes. I only decided to come here because my family had recommended how great they were. However, once they filed my taxes, i found out they wrote my address incorrectly as well as other information on my tax return, so now I'm experiencing issues with the IRS! After speaking to the lady who filed my taxes in person, she made it seem like it was my fault this happened. I understand everyone has they bad and good days, but she is very moody and impatient. A very unprofessional tax preparer in my opinion. Even after repeating my daughter's name several times, she still submitted the information incorrect. Now I have a letter with the IRS to deal with because of their irresponsibility to simply file my taxes with the correct information. Very disappointing.

If I could put a -5 I would've these ladies are unprofessional I just had a situation on that thay didn't put my hole information been waiting three months for my tax return I haven't received nothing Spoke to Sara about the situation that I had I had spoke to IRS about my tax return she was blaming IRS for problem that they did so I know how to when I am weak so I can receive my tax return These ladies are unprofessional where I was speaking to her she couldn't understand the situation they couldn't of said that they had did something wrong on their side
