I LOVE this store. Each time I go in I receive an incredibly tailored experience to what I am looking for; I have never been pressured into buying something unnecessary or out of my budget; and have always been recommended products that absolutely work. (*they carry the BEST topical CBD cream on the market. TRUST me, I have tried them all) Today Nathan was an absolute gem with me and my friend. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and took his time with each of us, answering all our questions! I highly recommend supporting this family owned local business!!!

Great local small health food store, with a great selection of vitamins and supplements. They have lots of gluten free and vegan snacks, and although I'm neither, they do look pretty good. Located on Lakeshore Avenue in Oakland, the staff seemed friendly and knowledgeable. A good local store to support!!

I get some of my Vitamins from here as going to Walmart or Vitamin Shoppe isn't always an option... they have a great selection and some pretty cool drinks in the back too. While overpriced, they also have Sage in the front that I've gotten a few times. I'm a local so of course I'm going to recommend LNF.

Stop in for lotions and other body products, as well as the occasional supplement. Always have found what I'm looking for at a fair price. Body products same as Whole Foods and I would much rather support this business!

My kids have gone natural, so we decided to check out their local hang out. This store is pretty cool. As with all health food or natural stores it's a little pricey, but it cost to be healthy. Anywho, the staff was great and we picked up some really co stuff. Natural deodorant, so shower gel for itchy skin, a bar of amazing sage and I believe lemon grass soap. It works pretty good. I'm glad we took a moment to check this place out. Side. Ore they also sell vegetarian frozen meals.

This is an utterly fantastic local health food business , stocked full of great products ! Supplements, just fabulous, health supplies, snacks, drinks, frozen foods, bulk specialties, teas, *wow*, and the staff is outstanding. I love referring people to go there, because this store is all about quality and customer service satisfaction !!

I sooooo super love this store and ALL of its employees. They have the best variety and selection to choose from. If you have any questions any of the staff is more than knowledgeable to throughly answer these questions. Nathan has such a pleasant attitude and enjoys helping customers. Any natural health need, you need to come here. You will but more than you planned on coming into the store because of all the good products they have. This is easy to get to off 580 on Lakeshore. Or the bus 29 will drop you a few stores away. Enjoy. Love and light

Nice selection, reasonable price and friendly staff. They had a hard to find CBD (no THC) oil in all the flavors. Plus many natural skin and nutrition products. Easy free parking across the street at the Trader Joe's / Walgreens lot. Many interesting restaurants nearby.
