I've reached out to SF Atlas glass and one of them stopped by my place to give us a follow-up quote. However, they never sent us an estimate. I've reached out to them via email a couple times and still no response after a few weeks. I was surprised by this reading all the great reviews here. But my speculation is that they probably pick and choose based on certain criteria (ie their current capacity, effort in the project, money in return). Please just keep that in mind.

This is a wonderful company to work with because they demonstrate excellent customer service and professionalism. The work they did on my frameless shower door was not only done in a timely manner but was priced reasonably. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a customer service oriented company that does excellent work and communicates with you in a timely manner. Their workmanship is excellent.

SF Atlas Glass did a great job replacing three 47 yr old living rm windows. Communication w Benedict was always quick & answered all my concerns satisfactorily. His workers very professional, neat & left my place very clean. Estimated delivery was 3-4 weeks & was delivered as promised right before Xmas & very grateful! This company also replaced 17 windows in my son's home few years ago & did a wonderful job too. Highly recommend for excellent glass & customer service.

Cant say enough about this company: very responsive, reasonable, and outstanding work. After a break-in on the cusp of the christmas holiday, they came out the same day to fix a small broken window and measure for a large double-pane glass door. A couple days after christmas they phoned to let me know the new double-pane inset was in, and then they came out the same day to put in it, and it looks great.

These guys did an amazing job. We live in an old RDU built in the 20's that still has the original windows. It's very old school so I wasnt sure if we'd find someone to do the job on short notice and on a Sunday. But these guys were not only able to repair the window, they were very quick, kind and professional!Thank you so much!

The actual glass replacement work was done well. So why only 2 stars? While replacing over $1200 worth of glass the crew broke a water pipe in our yard. Rather than acknowledge the problem another contractor on site let us know about it and turned the water off for us. SF Atlas sent an invoice for payment and made no effort to notify us or explain what happened. I told them I wouldn't be paying the invoice until the pipe was repaired which they agreed to. We were able to get the pipe fixed within a few days for $140 which was deducted. However, while I was reviewing the repair I noticed the crew of SF Atlas swept dozens of pieces of broken glass (produced from the glass replacement I assume) and other replacement debris into our yard. I pointed this out to the owner of SF Atlas, including pictures of the debris. For whatever reason, he refused to acknowledge the situation but he had no problem calling daily for a payment update. As indicated the glass work appears to be well done. However, if you do hire them make sure you inspect everything and insist that they clean up their mess be fore they go.

Woke up the day before Christmas to a broken window. Timing couldn't be worse. We were headed out of town and this wouldn't be a quick fix given the holiday and our travel plans. So what do I do? I got some duct tape, cardboard, put it up and prayed the rain don't get in. Fast forward to after the holidays, I used Yelp to find a quote - by the way if you haven't used the feature you should! These awesome folks responded and within hour they were at my home, gave me an estimate and before I knew it, had a new window put in like nothing ever happened.

Needed a pane of glass replaced in a 100 year old window on the ground floor. They got back to my request for an estimate right away, and were able to schedule the work the same week. The replacement looks great. Thank you very much for the great service!

We were looking for a place with a quick turn around and able to install a sand-blasted glass entryway panel. When I called SF Atlas Glass and they said they could send someone to measure that same day! The wait time was a couple of days for the glass to come. Installation was an excellent job. Highly recommend supporting this business.

SF Atlas Glass made quick work of replacing a single window in our bedroom. They didn't even come inside. Friendly, quick and easy.
