Don't go there at all to buy anything. lady there don't explain their return policy on jade rings , and when you brought it for $1,646 and you want to trade it back in for another selection she gaves you a value of $500 .

Zero stars. Please don’t bring a watch here for a battery replacement. They destroyed my Michele watch and wouldn’t admit it. See pics, the dial/face is completely off centered, multiple cracks in the mother of pearl. The crown and watch no longer moves, and they tried to give it back to me without saying anything! When I confronted them, they claimed they didn’t break or move anything and that they replace batteries all the time. The pictures can’t even capture the damage and cracks, but for reference, it used to say “Swiss movement” on my watch and it’s so off, you can’t see it, the cracks run from right to across the bottom. I get that it isn’t a Rolex, but customer items are something that they should treat with respect and not lie about it. To add insult to injury, the price of my watch doubled in the past 10 years. I’m sure they knew the watch was pricey and didn’t want to admit fault to reimburse me. If they can’t take ownership of their mistakes, what integrity does this business have for anything else they do or sell?

DONT GET YOUR WATCH BATTERY REPLACED HERE THE LADY BROKE MY WATCH. I brought in my Michele watch to get the battery replaced. I have gone here once before, it was easy and fine by another person. Not today. A lady did it and took over 20 minutes, returned the watch broken. See fuzzy pic below. The Mother of pearl was cracked, dial moved over and curved , the crown no longer moves nor does the watch. The worst part was the employees tried to tell me they do this daily, and that it was already broken. That's impossible, I take care of my things and would never ever have missed that. The pictures can't even capture what they did. There's several cracks all over. To compare, it used to say "Swiss movement" below and it's so off, you can barely see it. They just didn't want to pay for it, all they said was "well I didn't charge you" and the lady tried to hide in the back when i came back. To add salt to the wound, the watch has since doubled in cost since I purchased it. I'm sure they just didn't want to pay $1300 to replace it. If they can't stand by their work, consider what else they're shady about ! S*** happens, what's really upsetting is that they would not own up to it or try to make it right in any way. I would not be writing a review against a small business like this if they exhibited any integrity. The watch is completely useless now.

Excellent!!!! Walked in with a broken chain, walked out 15 min later with chain like new! The owner gave me a tour of their beautiful selection of jade and gold jewelry. They only charged me $10! Definitely coming back again!

I highly recommend having anything you buy at Kim Lien Jewelry store lab tested for Gold karat content. They were unsure of karat content and told me conflicting, confusing and suspicious things about their own suppliers. Buyers be ware! Also note- they don't allow any returns for any reason.

I brought 2 energizer ecr2032 batteries for $32 dollars. Not sure if I got ripped off but I saw the same brand on eBay for $3 dollars. Update: I def got ripped off. The batteries died a couple days later. Def won't be coming here for anything else. If they upcharge this much for batteries, I wonder how much they will for their jewelries.
