I do not recommend talking to Maria, super grouchy and pushy! All their other agents are nice though (esp Andrea) and got back to me pretty quickly.

Ken, Kristi and their team are fantastic. Emails are always returned promptly and everyone is knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve consolidated my Auto, Home, Umbrella and now life insurance with them. Couldn’t be happier that I made the switch to their Agency.

The whole office is great, but Carly has been AMAZING! My car was totaled and she was able to help me sort out the claim, making sure that I got the money due to me. She even helped out with the DMV, calling them for me and saving me tons of time sorting things out with them! Thank you Carly!

I have worked with Kristi at the Ken Bullock agency since switching to State Farm last year. She has consistently provided outstanding and timely service, going above and beyond to ensure I'm insured in the way that I want, for a price that makes sense for my budget. I highly recommend working with this agency for your insurance needs, and I can't praise Kristi enough! She's been really amazing!

State Farm has kept high premiums while customer service has decreased. It's very difficult to change agents within State Farm and make policy adjustments. They now take like a month and much follow up to make policy changes (you must call several times to get policy certificates) and there are surprise nickel and dime fees to do so where you have to spend more time to pay the fees and get explanations of why you are being billed. State Farm consistently overestimates replacement cost to raise fees and you have to debate with them to use actual contractor estimates. Never met their agents and I have no idea what they do. Assistants run the shop. There are plenty of competitors with good AM ratings and I suggest you check those out instead.

I am very happy with State Farm. Ken helped me during all the process of getting ready the paperwork to begin my coverage. He is an excellent agent and helped me to save money on my car insurance, solved all my doubts, and was super nice all the time. I strongly recommend this agency, the service was excellent! I cannot thank them enough.

The people that work for Ken in this State Farm Office are really wonderful. I was contacted by email about an increase in my deductible which had resulted in lower pricing. The catch is, I may never be able to go back to what we had before. What a nice service to alert the customer about this and the possible consequences. I have driven to their office three times to discuss possible policy changes simply because they are great in person, knowledgeable and articulate. No salesmanship, just great service.
