I've taken my boss's car here a few times & now take mine too. It can take a little while, but all good car washes do. I'd just do a drive by if you're in a rush and you're already out. Both the interior and exterior cleanings are really thorough. The staff is nice. I like the system they've got going. Very affordable compared to the car washes in the city. There's a nice shady place to sit while you wait and you pay at the pump, which is convieniet. Will continue to come here!

I noticed the owner is not on location and the workers appear to have since of what customer service is. No one greets you, the have wash your car and then expect a tip!???. I will never go and spend my hard earn there

I absolutely love Ken Betts Suds! They do the most professional and thorough car wash ever. I always take my car, even when they're super busy. It's always worth the wait. They are definitely worth a try, you'll probably feel like I do when your vehicle is the cleanest it can be.

It's my regular spot for car wash. Having vacuum and hand dry are good quality. Though I suppose their quality depends on how busy they are as I don't see consistency. Last time there were a few untouched spots on the back/trunk that I found later that I had to finish myself. Overall good spot for car wash with good value.

Horrific customer service by the employees as the usual managers were not onsite. One employee in particular was incredibly rude and impatient. We will not be returning to this establishment.

I never write negative reviews, but unfortunately I did not get the service I paid for. My car had bird p*** on it, and I understand that it can be tricky to get off. However, they told me it was too hard and left it in this condition. When I got home, I took a hot cloth to it and it started coming right off. Maybe they should try a little harder next time before charging someone full price and not cleaning their car.

After paying $20 for a car wash, there were still patches of loose dirt that I could wipe off with the swipe of a finger. I think a hard rain would have gotten the car cleaner.

I used to like this place -- not too expensive, good work. At some point though they started cheating people, charging an extra two dollars or more for the basic wash without telling you. Basic wash is $15.95 but if you look elsewhere on the sign it says "Vans/SUVs/Trucks are extra." They use that definition very liberally, so my Mazda CX-5 hatchback is now apparently an SUV and they twice charged an extra $2 without making it clear they were going to do that. If you push back at all they will skip the extra fee, so it's clear they know it's skeevy. Not going back.
