My car was vandalized, the catalytic convertor stolen, while I was visiting a friend in Oakland. I live in Carmel. My husband had worked with Omar, from Ken Betts for many years and suggested I call him. He was very nice and extremely helpful. He worked with me and my insurance company quickly and efficiently, and went way out of his way to search for the convertor which was hard to find due to to much theft of this parts. He and I worked to together to locate one of only a few in the city. He actually went in person to pick it up to make sure we had it. The repair was done very quickly and well. Omar was exceptionally helpful in so many ways. I highly recommend him and Ken Betts for good personal service and repair.

Reliable local shop. Honest and good quality work. Had a smoge test done, some break pads, then 2 times for check engine lights and correctly identified completely different issues each time.

The absolute best car wash & vacuum service in town. I'm a dog professional & my car gets pretty messy, very quick. but the staff here doesn't bat an eye at my furry car & they always give me the best clean & service.I also always go a step further and make sure I tip them all heartily- the staff here deserves it & I hope you do the same when you visit

Worst gas station ever. The attendant got mad because I threw my small bag of trash and pointed me to the city trash. Why the fuck does your gas station have a bin that says, "trash". If I spend 80 dollars at your gas station I should be able to throw my trash in your bin. Legit came out just to tell me that because she's to lazy to do her job. Never going here again and will never refer anyone her. Stay away from this location!!!

I had 11 miles to go indicated on my 2019 RAV4 Hybrid. I always fill until the first click. I log all of my fill-ups and I expected to fill no more than 12 gallons.I never expected to fill 14.957 gallons!!!! I have never come close to than even after the indication of no miles to go. This is very troubling as the capacity of my tank is 14.5 gallons according to the operator's manual!!!I complained to the guy in the booth and he said he will have it checked out.I paid $70.28 to fill my vehicle with regular ($4.699/Gal).

Was eyed for the entirety of pulling into a functioning pump, as several had cones placed before them w/ notes that likely detailed such in writing. As I wait for the customer preparing to leave a working pump, I clearly observed the stations' attendant/ clerk eyeing me through the window, from behind the counter, while inside the station. Once the customer pulled away from the pump, allowing me to pull in & park, I turned to notice that the attendant/ clerk was now looking from beyond the counter! She began spying almost- as she was almost hiding; only sticking her head out to unapologetically scrutinize my every move. As I gathered my things to then be able to proceed to securing the car upon walking away, I observed the clerk continue her undivided gaze upon me. Despite there being other customers around. They're presence presented no stimulus for the clerk, which is sad, biased & could potentially be a point as to why loss of sales is attributed to. Since I was scrupulously observed with no bashfulness or err I decided to film. What else can I do beside report this behavior while also convey that this type of behavior is deplorable & asinine. It's tasteless & reeks of misinformation/ representation. I will not return to this Chevron, as I was presented w/ further customer service of the blandest, when I inquired the compulsion for such clear behavior? The clerks rebuttal was "Its my job, to know who's coming & going." Which would be a very plausible response if it weren't for the video showing her tunnel vision. I was prematurely rushed out as the clerk was somewhat privy to my documentation & desire to report the incident further. The clerk, Olga, whom I tried to inform nicely of her actions while not wanting to be abrasive, just informative, rushed me out, as a regular customer I'm sure, a mail person, observed the exchange. My gas was paid & so I asked for a card. Tommy Ng, Manager of Ken Betts Montclair Chevron was information handed to me contained on the business card. I'm just curious, what is one guy you recklessly judge from inside a vehicle could elude to a normal human being that they're suspicious? Where did you go to school? Where do you get your information? It's 9:50 on this Wednesday morning & there are teams of officers parked everywhere around the gas station. Everywhere, to meet at the adjacent Starbucks, 60ft away. Now, if you, the trump tight observer of a clerk, Olga, then you seen & observed 10 or more uniformed cops. And still, I'm a threat? Did you see something no one can see or detect? Or are you, simply, out of touch? Did I present a threat, while I calmly drove into the station? Because had I made any infraction there were many law enforcement eyes to have caught it. But they weren't alarmed. No. Those in blue drank of their beverages and conversed. Laughing and such. Meanwhile, you're like a sentinel of hate or prejudice. I don't know what's the matter with you. And I hope you can take a moment & admonish your actions. No one wants that nastiness in their day if it's avoidable. So...

Had a simple job of balancing my tires. They way over-tightened all the wheel lug nuts, and even cross-threaded one, requiring that wheel stud to be replaced. Went back to them about this and the "manager is out for the next few months".

I used to regularly get my car washed here but they have really gone downhill. The last few times I've gone to Ken Betts, there have been long waits and mediocre service. Today, I arrived more than a half hour before their stated closing time. They said they were no longer open for car washes. They also weren't selling gas because their pumps were broken. Seriously! Finding somewhere else to get my car washed!

Okay place for a car - when it's actually open. Arrived 15 mins before it closed on a Sunday and they said they could do exterior washes only. If you close at 5:30 don't advertise being open until 6...

Wow! Has this place gone down the drain... I choose to use chevron fuel in my car since my employer pays for my gas. I feel like I am at Arco. Most of the time, the receipt doesn't come out of the machine therefore I need to go inside and interact with the sedentary employee. No apologies for my inconvenience and when I do ask what's the wrong with the receipt capability, I get the traditional I don't know... Ken Betts, send a secret shopper to your location and get back to where you were 20 years ago. Oh by the way, I was there last week after 6 PM and went to get my receipt and no one was in the office at all! Banged on the door as well as the shop door and no response. That has got to be against the law.
